In some cases, you may not even receive the goods you paid for, and there may be no reliable way to contact anyone within the company. Recovering such funds can be extremely difficult.

Had two days and it stopped inflating..
Sent over half a dozen emails and videos and they are still refusing to send me return information.
Mine didn’t come in a box just folded over in a Jiffy bag..
Please be careful with this company I’m so disappointed

These people are digital thieves.
These people are digital thieves. I’ve ordered one from them for £31.99 and another one Amazon for £5.99. There’s no difference between them.
They get the items from the same manufacturer and just named them on it. Try Amazon other online sellers. You’ll save huge amounts of money. Trust me both are same.

Dainly får 1 stjerne da jeg modtog bæltet hurtigt efter bestilling. Men desværre i str S , og jeg havde bestilt str L. Jeg kunne IKKE passe bæltet. Skrev en mail og bad om en returseddel og mente ikke jeg skulle betale da fejlen ikke var min.
Ingen respons. Jeg klagede igen på den specielle klageformular. Ingen respons.
Så skrev jeg igen en mail og medsendte fotoer af pakken med str S samt min ordre seddel med foto af min bestilling L.
Ingen respons. Nu er der så gået over 30 dage som er frist for returnering. Jeg vidste ikke hvor pakken skulle hen. Til distributionen i Malmø og betale mindst 95 kr i forsendelse eller til et ukendt sted i Kina? ?
Jeg overvejer at bestille samme bælte meget billigere hos Temu og hvor der er en anden returpolitik.
Måske er der nogen her i DK som har fået en str L i st.for en S så vi kunne bytte??

I have tried to email 2 diffrent emails…
Bad design , not good for lower back pain , made me go A&E with scatica.
Also the money back thing , is not real.
They give either an alternative or around £8 back due to shipping .Also any issues , they don't back to you for like over a month after constant emails.

Good belt
Good belt, great for temporary relief but not a permanent fix for sciatica. Easy order and prompt delivery. After 6 months of daily use the velcro is totally non performing now, very poor quality construction. The belt needs to be manufactured with better quality velcro for its asking price, I will have to purchase and sew on new velcro strips for the belt to be of any use

First Customer service never never gets back to you, the workmanship is terrible last 30 days and again Customer service rates 0. anyone giving them more than 1 is spam comment in my book.

Hi there, I have osteo arthritis in my hip.. and found myself on the hunt for relief… I came across Dainely Belt… I read and re read the reviews.. and finally took the plunge.. oh my goodness.. I’m only sorry I didn’t jump sooner… the Dainely Belt has made my days so much more comfortable.. the belt is easy to wear and in just two hours the difference is amazing… it has definitely made my daily routine so much easier to move , walking dogs, bending, cleaning.. so much that I am now able to go back to the gym…

I was in agony with my back
I was in agony with my back, I could not walk far and was in constant pain. It was soul destroying and impacted negatively on my life. This belt changed my life it is in the only thing that has helped and I have my life back

Dainely Belt works wonderfully for sciatica
I purchased a Dainely belt in October 2024, and I feel it provides more effective sciatica pain relief than any other belt or medication I've tried. An issue regarding longevity of the belt received a prompt response and remedy by Dainely's customer support.

1st belt had an issue with the neoprene…
1st belt had an issue with the neoprene inner lining after 18 months use but company promised to send a replacement even though it was past the 60 day refund period.

Dainley belt works great for sciatica and back pain
The dainley belt works great for sciatica and back pain issues,I'm a truck driver who drives most of the day sitting down and sciatica and back pain is always a problem so I decided to give this belt a try and it definitely works, the pain goes away a few days after wearing it and you can wear it during exercise or walking and doesn't even feel like you have it on its perfect.

The only option
I have had lower back pain for a few months now and everything that i tried does not relive the pain .
The Dainely belt is the only option that helps me get over the pain and move around freely .
