Shopped in Midleton store today for paints and related materials. Found all four items I required, received immediate and courteous help from the young woman at the desk. Well done the paint department in Midleton.

Bought Webb self propelled mower. 6 weeks later, self propel function was not working. Took the mower back and it was repaired. Three days later, the same issue arose. Took mower back again and when I went into the store, I was told by a manager that the mower was not repaired as the issue was that the mower was damaged due to misuse!!

Bought Sunseeker robotic lawnmower. The first one did not work at all as it would not charge. Returned it and sent out second sunseeker mower. This one worked for an hour then could not find its way back to charge.bit showed error message 13 and could not be repaired. Sent back mower to Dairygold and they have refused a refund even though it was within 30 days and product did not work.down almost €1300.

If you live in Northern Ireland, this is a great site in the Republic for ordering from. Super fast shipping and delivery at incredibly competitive prices. (Highly recommended)

I’ve had a really positive experience with Dairygold co-op. I purchased a coffee machine a few months ago, initially it worked well but then began to be troublesome despite following care instructions. I returned it to Dairygold and expected to hear that it would be sent back to the manufacturer and I’d be waiting. However I got a call from a very helpful Dairygold employee who gave me a full refund, no questions, no problem. The customer care I received was excellent, thank you Dairygold. I will definitely be shopping with Dairygold in the future and highly recommend them.

Ordered product worth over €250. It was to be delivered. 2 weeks trying to contact the store and head office having left voicemail and email messages without any reply. I had to return to the store and speak to the manager. He offered excuses such as being very busy as reason for not responding to calls and mails. I received no contact from head office.
He contacted supplier and assured me that the product would be delivered at the very latest 3 weeks. This has not happened. Once again I am unable to get the store or Head office so once again I must travel 50 miles out of my way to the store to find out what is happening. Disgraceful Customer Service.

I am not at all happy with the after sales services with this company since I purchased a new McCulloch chainsaw last September and after two months it failed and was returned for repairs I waited for weeks for an email hopefully telling me when it would be fixed and returned only to be told it could not be repaired and the company contact Andrew informed me he was waiting for instructions to refund my account I forwarded an email requesting a new product under warranty and am waiting for a reply, very bad e-commerce website to deal with indeed.
