Still not received my order.

I have yet to receive my order.
Was ordered over three weeks ago, i emailed and got told there was a delay and then a week ago i got an automated message that it had been despatched first class. But not had a tracking number?
I had bought the wax melts as a gift which i now have had to go buy more else where so I am very annoyed and will be seeking a refund.

I'm very disappointed. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and have still not received my order. I have messages via email and instagram and only received a response saying there is a delay and then an automated email saying the items have been despatched with no tracking number. I had bought the wax melts as a gift so I am very annoyed and will be seeking a refund

Beautiful lasting scents on everything I bought

The products are amazing and great value, spoilt for choice so I have a different smell on every room and have had lots of compliments from visitors. Just gutted the company is folding soon

Always a lovely product from these guys. Great selection of smells and types of stuff to melt.
My last order never arrived however, I wrote to them and a replacement arrived in no time! Always a good service and trust worthy.

This is my second order, very pleased, beautiful aromas, so pleased I found Daisy Jean Aromas very professional and friendly.

The length of time from ordering was almost 2 weeks.

Once it arrived I was excited to see what all the fuss was about and I wasn't disappointed with the fragrance but unfortunately it didn't give the same strength of smell once I used it on my carpets and I was very disappointed.

Unfortunately not for me.

The most amazing customer service. So helpful and responsive.

I love the perfume and so does my daughter. The melts last well and the whole house is adorned by the perfume. My order arrived within a 4 days.

I have been buying from DJA since 2020 and the melts are absolutely wonderful. They are strong and long lasting and I am addicted. I have bought from many other companies such as AMA, etc and these are best for price, packaging, and scent. The only let down is the time it takes to get the goods. Almost 3 weeks this time round, to be fair there was a technical glitch and they didn't see my order and that's OK, these things happen but there should be the choice to choose which delivery option you want, ie DPD or Royal Mail as I'd personally pay a little more for DPD or guaranteed next day delivery so I can get my wax melt fix sooner :) x

Been using Daisy Jean Aromas from the beginning, their wax melts are amazing, long lasting and quick delivery. I especially love the seasonal fragrances and special offers! I wouldn't use any other company for my wax melts, I've foolishly been swayed by others companies in the past but always come back to Daisy Jean...and this is where I'm staying!! Keep up the good work, it's a 5 star from me :)

I bought a diffuser in April 2019, the "Alien" scent. As of April 2023, yes FOUR YEARS later, it is only half gone, and still noticeably scenting my decent size sitting room. Honestly the best diffuser I have ever bought, I cannot believe it has lasted so long!!! I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing any of the products from Daisy Jean...

I have been using these wax melts for years and they never dissapoint the scent is beautiful and long lasting at least 3 -4 burns and you can smell them even when burner isn't on.i would highly recommend this company ♥️

Lovely scented products and delivery came relatively quickly. One of the packets of carpet fresher had burst inside the box but was salvageable so no big deal.
