I bought my partner the gorgeous Aphrodite pendant necklace in silver for her birthday, but sadly it must have been faulty and slipped off only a few days later. I reached out to the customer service team and was contacted by George, who was incredibly kind and helpful - they offered to replace the necklace free of charge and were super communicative during the process. Thank you so much George, you’re a legend! Will definitely be shopping with Daisy again.

I had such a great experience with the customer service team. I lost one of my favourite earrings and wasn’t sure if it would even be possible to purchase a single replacement ,but they made it happen!

I don’t often write review but I have a number of rings, a necklace and a bracelet from Daisy and they are all beautiful designs and great quality. Worth every penny full price but the sales are exceptional.

I’ve received a beautiful necklace and bracelet set as a Christmas gift. It wasn’t 100% my style tho. It was super easy to exchange it for a different one. Was super happy with my purchase so I’ve spoilt myself with another bracelet 😁 Their Jewellery is gorgeous and I already got some compliments. Customer service is outstanding and I would highly recommend Daisy.

I purchased from Daisy London over Christmas and had a few issues with my order - one of the items was missing. As soon as I told the team they arranged for a replacement to be sent out by courier but because it was over Christmas I wasn’t home to receive it and then it had to be sent out again. All of that to say - the support I received with these issues was outstanding and I felt like the team went above and beyond to sort them out - shout out to George. The pieces when I got them were lovely, well made and beautiful and I think represent very good value for money. I wear the earrings every day. I would recommend Daisy London to anyone.

Contacted customer service with pic and order number and received a swift reply and replacement with no charges cannot recommend this company enough and this is the first time I have had an issue with any purchase and it was sorted so quickly and painlessly

I purchased the Estée Lalonde Octagonal Necklace and Harlequin jewellery case in December with some vouchers I’d had for my 50th. Firstly the packaging was stunning, the attention to detail spot on. Both products were beautiful, the design details on the jewellery case stunning. I love when things are so considered and I’m notoriously hard to please. I was super impressed. Not only that I lost the necklace on Boxing Day. I still had the pendant, when I contacted them to ask for a link to purchase just the necklace, they shipped one out FOC. I have owned two "chakra" necklaces now, each has worn back to greenish silver on the pendant within a few months. As far as I know Im not doing anything I shouldn't be.
Initial exchange, and now return via mococo has been swift, but sadly the jewellery doesn't seem very robust at all!
