I have a bms that failed.im trying to get it resolved

Packaging could be more robust. Apparently sometime during shipment the battery was dropped on a corner. Box and packaging was compressed. Corner of battery was dented. Does not seem to affect performance. Time will tell once I get everything hooked up.

Best battery out there in my opinion! Never let me down and it seems like they lasting long a time!

So I used one 100 ah battery for 2 helix 12s. That is all I had hooked to it and it ran them for 10 hours without an issue. So I put a Garmin 16 and a 12 to make 4 graphs powered on all day - the battery went 6 hours and went dead. Installed another 100 ah battery and joined them together and ran all 4 for 8 hours the next time out and we still had 13.2 volts left. I think next time I will stay out late and see how long they will stay working !! Awesome product !!!

I thought I was going to get another 36 volt battery charger with quick disconnect. Currently I have six of your batteries in my boat love them

I never got return calls wait time for call took forever had problems with battery bad vapors left it outside worry may get stolen put arrow up on box so delivery won’t sit it upside down I’m new with your batteries been fishing for 50 yrs on tour like your batteries the best quality number one just few things to straighten out

Customer service a little slow to respond (days, not hours), but fairly persistent with follow-ups. My issue was resolved not by customer service, but rather by me purchasing a replacement charger for one I had barely used that had a recently expired warranty.

Excellent communication and in my opinion, the best battery power solutions currently available.
I only use their automotive batteries in my classic cars and use their other battery systems to run household items during outages. Simple and well thought out designs makes for easy use by just about anyone.
