Update - I received an email from Dalstons after seeing my negative review, apologising that my emails had for some reason gone into a spam folder and they promptly looked into the matter. Also following problems using EVRI, they will be changing their courier.
I should be receiving a replacement order and a goodwill gesture, therefore once received, my complaint has been resolved satisfactorily.

24970 Order Not Received.
Was waiting for order and then viewed the tracking information to see that was unable to be delivered as damaged. I have sent 3 emails over the last month with no response, I am almost £23 out of pocket and extremely disappointed as was looking forward to trying the pineapple flavour and have received 3 previous orders ok (mixed box and lemon). Was going to make this my drink of choice as moving away from drinks with additives and now looking to other drinks on the market as an alternative,

Evri damaged my order and told me to contact Dalstons myself. Trying to get hold of someone as I will expect a full replacement - quick enough to take the money and then nothing.

First product ever that I would describe myself as obsessed with! Excellent flavours, quality and presentation. A daily treat.

My first order arrived yesterday , broken box, all tins dented. Packaging obviously needs improving as carrier -EVRI - clearly chuck it around. I did send pics and email Dalstons but have heard nothing yet

Easy order - speedy delivery - well packed

I'm afraid I found the drinks very bland and lacking in flavour which is why I cancelled my subscription.

Ordering was easy, web site is user friendly. Love the rhubarb flavour.
Not the fault of Dalstons but on arrival the box was badly damaged.

I've been buying Dalston drinks for well over 5 years..on a monthly basis. Always happy never had an occasion or need to contact the company. I bought rhubarb most regularly. They were out of stock so I bought peach loved them. Quickly bought 2 further trays of 24 ...one tray had an odd fermented flavour. I sent an email to Dalstons ..with copies of receipts going back years and specific product codes. I heard nothing back, I emailed again, I messaged on Instagram. Absolute radio silence. I bought for work (charity cafe) and for home. Switched to sparking water and fruit juice. Daft to think we were supporting an independent and were part of something positive..when customer care is zero. Very disappointed
Edit..I eventually managed to reach Dalston via messaging on instagram and a replacement tray of drinks was sent. No explanation for the strange fermented taste of tray 1.

Speedy delivery really lovely sodas low carbs which great as a treat on keto diet.

Great soft drinks, very tasty without that horrid false sweetness taste from other brands of sparkling drinks. My personal favourite is rhubarb but elderflower and peach are great too. Delivery and communication is excellent, thoroughly recommended!

My first order and I’m very happy with the rhubarb soda, I’ll certainly be back to try more!

What a great company. Communication and delivery was quick and the product, Real Cherry, out of this world..

I ordered a mixed pack which was delivered when expected and was well packaged. We're really enjoying the different flavours, which are pleasantly fruity with none of the nasty additives.

I ordered 48 cans of ginger beer, but cherry drink arrived instead. No response to my follow-up email.

My subscription is not showing in my account despite using the same email address, I sent an email for help over a week ago and no response.
