I had a great experience working with Dalton Carpet. They were very helpful while showing me different options for hardwood flooring. I didn't feel pressured to spend over my budget, in fact, they showed me the discontinued flooring first. Donna was very professional in working on the estimate and when she came to my house for measurements

Five Star experience!
We upgraded our flooring to hardwood from carpet. Dalton Carpet One did an amazing work from beginning to an end throughout the process delivering an excellent quality of work. Flooring Consultant Paul Deaton made sure whole transaction ran smooth even though we had to reschedule and all. We really appreciate his wonderful customer service skill making us feel our project was his top priority. Because of him and his staff, this project went on nice and smooth all the way. We are so happy with this project, now we want to get our bath room upgrade done through Dalton Carpet One. We would 100 percent recommend Dalton Carpet One to our friends, family and everyone we know. Thanks again for job well done!

With help from Dalton supervisors, Steve and Robert, invested in our third flooring contract over period of 15 years with Dalton Carpet One for a kitchen flooring makeover. Our choice; porcelain tiles that Robert had shown to us. Work was completed by efficient (and funny) Victor and assisted by Michel (Michael) in two days. We are into our first week with the new tiles and we love 'em. Thank you Steve and Robert; also Paul in the office and scheduler Sam.

Great experience
Jose and Jesus showed up on time and began work immediately. They were very courteous and professional. They stayed on task the entire time, they were extremely careful with our furniture and handled it as if it were their own. They asked if I minded if they stayed and finished the job which we agreed would be okay, they worked until 10:30! Put everything back, cleaned up and made sure we were pleased.
Donna was very good to work with in sales and came by in the afternoon to check on things. Brian who came out to measure and Sam in installations were also very professional.
