Maintainance service is improving
Frequently had maintainance completion issues before. Hope the management taken the tickets seriously and made sure to act on ticket promptly nowadays. The recent experience with the maintainance team is good, Mr. Munees supported throughout the maintainance ticket process.

What a disgraceful company
What a disgraceful company! They failed to honour the fly-in offer and failed to provide documented Terms and Conditions for the fly-in offer. Later on in the project they did not inform us that high rise blocks were being built in close proximity of Damac Lagoons. Now it transpires that they are one year behind schedule due to drainage issues but want to hide this from everyone. So much for transparency!

Terrible customer service
