I came across this company one of my advertisements while playing a game. I must admit it was just as it was advertised. Able to pick my own pictures and scents.
The order was delivered sooner than expected with it being personalized. Price wasn't bad either.
First time, but will purchase again.

I've always had a great experience ordering from DangleIt. I've ordered air fresheners from them many times! They make such great gifts and the quality of the air fresheners is super nice. They update you along the way when your item is in creation and shipping processing. I am always so excited to open my package up after ordering from DangleIt. I will continue to order from them for future gifts!

I ordered these for my kids in January, a month in advance, for Valentines Day.
I waited for 3 weeks for them to come; after paying for shipping, they were sent with a stamp by regular mail.
When they finally arrived, they looked like garbage. I paid 50 bucks for 4 crappy pieces of junk that I could have made on my HP printer at home and done a better job.
I then followed the instructions on the top of the package to ask for help, scanning their QR code, but of course that doesn't work. It just takes you to a black hole.
So, I chose to send an email, including a photo, and they reply with, "we are sorry they look like that, but we were very busy over here with orders for Valentines and didn't have a chance to check them, but if you cut them up and send a photo of them afterward, we will issue you a refund, or we can replace them for free. We hope this helps."
Now mind you, I have no gifts for my kids, after ordering something a month in advance, they will not be "free", since I paid for them, and did not receive what I paid for, and if they remake it will take another 3 weeks and it will be March, and they may look like garbage again!
Never mind that there is no Valentines Day in March.
Do not waste your time with these kids, they keep saying they are "helping" me, because they think that giving me what I paid for is helping.
Making it right is helping!
It is business, send it overnight.
USPS 9 bucks 2-day priority mail.
Offer to let me keep it and still give me a refund, so I can hand my kids something, not cut up, how about that? That would be an attempt to "make it right".
At least the kids see you tried. Noooooooo.
What a total waste of my time and money.
A perfect example of a good idea in the wrong hands.
No phone number on the website either.
Save your money.
Print a picture out on your home computer and spray cologne on it, because that's what they will send you anyway, for 50 bucks!

The scents are great and long lasting, and the Best Part is you pick your own Image, I used my french Bulldog and family members. The business transaction is professional and secure, the process of uploading your photo simple as 1 2 3 done. Never had any delays with Dangle It.

I’ve purchased two photo car fresheners from Dangle. One was 3 years ago and my mom still has it in her car. The scent has faded but the picture still looks perfect! Most recently was a family portrait and it looks identical to the photo! Love the quality and scents. Great personalized gift ideas!

I love this company! This is not the first time I have ordered from them, and they always do a fantastic job. The creative team perfectly cuts out your pet’s face and magically makes it into an amazing car freshener! Also, the scents are really nice and not too overpowering.

Wow I really like the Air Freshners and my wife friend find it so cool I just ordered 3 more for my wife and kids want one for there cars. Really a great idea for the car and the Christmas Tree I’m planning a head be giving the air freshener out for the holidays. Again thanks

This was a very disappointing purchase. I ordered 2 custom air fresheners on December 2nd, both were Christmas gifts and at the time of ordering the expected date of delivery was December 24th. On December 7th I received an email notifying me that the order was being crafted. On December 15th I emailed customer support requesting an update as the order was still showing to be in production. On the 17th I received an email back stating after the order completed the production process the Quality Control team reviewed the order and deemed it did not meet their standards so the items were placed back into production. The email also stated "Additionally, we'll go ahead and upgrade your shipping method (on us) to ensure that it arrives as soon as possible and by Christmas!" Spoiler : it did not arrive in time for Christmas. On December 23rd, I emailed asking for another update, which went unanswered. On December 30th I sent another email requesting an update or a refund. My order arrived January 4th. I should have inspected the order carefully, but unfortunately I missed that one of the custom air fresheners was created with a watermelon scent instead of the vanilla scent I ordered. By the time I realized the mistake it was January 30th. I emailed customer service and explained the situation and asked for it to be fixed. I was initially advised that it would not be corrected because the 7 day grace period past the delivery date had passed. After expressing my frustration with the whole purchasing process I was told they would make an exception and allow me to return to the ordering portal to request a replacement, but this option would need to be unlocked for me and would only be available for 24 hours. Upon receiving this email I immediately returned to the portal but found that this option was still not available. Another email was sent, with a screenshot of their portal attached. At the time of this review I have not heard anything else from the company and still can not access the replacement option on their portal. If you are in the market for custom air fresheners I would encourage you to avoid this company, their customer service is NOT worth the headache!

UPDATE: I received an email from customer service stating they can manually help me with the replacement process but I will need to remove this review first. At this point, I will be declining that offer and am planning to purchase another air freshener through a different company.

I absolutely love this product. I ordered 3 as gifts for my friends. I am sure they are going to love it. I have since ordered 4 more. I forgot to get one for myself. I like the fact that there are several choices of scents. You also have a chance of unscented. Once word gets around,I'm sure there will be more orders in the future.

Such a clever idea and a unique gift to give.
