I would give it a zero star. I got a shipment of labubu’s about 2 months ago crushed. I emailed them and they said they would replace it. And I can’t even get an email answer from them when it was shipped. So I asked for a refund and nothing from them. Now I have to go and dispute it with my bank. So mad!!!

I made an order thinking they were selling out official skzoo merch (since they were promoting and prices on the site said they usually sell it at €30 like the official jyp shop) but i found out just right after most reviews on the site are fake and using pictures from unboxings that are not from their shop. Got the Jiniret Dominate Keychain and it's totally fake item, just compare it to the pictures of the original. Also when I found out they have fake reviews I messaged them on all social medias and mail them like 4 times, also asked the customer service, they never even read it💀

Complete Scam. I bought the FoxIN.Y Skzoo from this company and it arrived almost years later just to find out that the skzoo is a fake. They are advertising real stuff but are shipping fake stuff!! Im gonna try and return it because Its bad quality. I dont recommend buying from this company even tho it seems to be cheap and good quality.

My aniTEEZ arrived in perfect shape and looks exactly like the photos. Customer service was responsive.

I ordered 2 miniteen plushees. Foxdungee and TamTam. When they arrived I was confused to see that they were packaged in a tiny bag. Both of them are crushed and the fluff inside them is all to one side of the plush. Foxdungee has a black mark on his face and TamTam was folded every which way at the bottom if the bag and now looks and feels like he went though a tumble dryer. Im very disappointed, and I will not be buying off Danjoo again.

This company is a scam. I bought what looked like authentic items from their website based on the photos, but what I received didn’t match. The quality was horrible. I attempted to return the items, but no one ever responded to my request and it’s been several weeks now. Do not buy from this company.

The labubus were super fake and not even a good quality fake. they are not symmetrical, and you can see the imprint of where the paint is supposed to be, but it still missed

i’ve tried emailing them about 5 times now to cancel my order and i’ve had no response. their customer service is awful and they sell fake products so i don’t recommend buying from here unless you want to get messed around.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Fake goods, scam company, ignore all refund requests so had to do a formal complaint to klarna. Ignorant horrible staff lying to people and then trying to keep their money. Avoid at all costs
