It’s a year now, nothing, no results. Really shocking behaviour and they should be sued. Please warn others not to use. I wouldn’t trust the results from these people anyway.

So sorry for all the people that have been lied to and promised information on their health. Shame on you Dante labs.

How long do you have to wait to get a response, money taken no goods received!! Now no response to emails.

Garbage, unethical company. Will not tell you that they charge to access your raw data after 30 days. Download immediately if you don't want to pay....again.

***EDIT (update): Dante has, after much chasing, finally sent my results. I had understood they covered 100% of the genome sequence, but it is apparently only around 98% according to Sequencing? Notably, the All Panels doesn't seem to be the same as All Reports, so be careful which package you choose (it wasn't clear to me). Technically, it has been well over a year since I placed my order. I think they are good at what they do, but very very slow, so unless you're in it for the long-haul, there are likely other places to go, which are quicker and can now compete on price and sequencing. You do get various files so you can upload your raw data into other places for analysis, which is helpful. The ongoing subscription is costly, though.

**EDIT (update): Dante has since been in touch and sent out a new (blood) test. I have sent back immediately, but am still waiting on results, so early days as it has only been just over 2 weeks since posting. Will edit and review if and when I get my results**

Same experience as others here. I ordered a test back at the start of the year, but it didn't come with a posting label. Have been trying to get one ever since. I can't even post my sample off. I hadn't read any of the reviews, and had mistakenly collected the saliva sample so after a week had to bin it. £400 down the drain. Anyone for a class action? Pls get in touch via email if interested - jaimie dot warcraft at gmail dot com ....maybe we can join together to sue them? Noting this was the company commissioned by the Tories to provide faulty PCRs which needed to be recalled?

I'm a doctor in London. I wanted to try out their whole genome sequencing offering. They offered a good price and an 8-week turnaround, but it's now 13 weeks and I still don't have a result. I've emailed their CEO and used the contacts email but I haven't had a reply. They don't provide a phone number. Their service is dreadful. You're wasting your money if you use them.

Outright scam. Avoid at all cost.

I purchased a kit before visiting the UK (£48) which arrived at the address in the UK next day Dec 2021. I did the test and sent it back via the post office in the return envelope. I was given a receipt to prove I sent the test. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t received the results. Its Now May 2022

Not content to offer a terrible customer service they do not put things wright.
After many emails they promissed a refund that they never gave.

I wanted a refund, now, if I take the court proceedings route, I will also ask for compensation for my losses.

Waste of time and money.
I purchased 4x PCR tests for £168 from this company last year as my day 2 and 8 tests for when we returned off holiday but didn’t use these as guidelines changed.
I recently had symptoms so asked if I could still use these to which they said yes.
I completed a test and posted it out but didn’t hear anything. I chased this up and they said I would receive an email when it had been received.
They’d had my test 48 hrs and still hadn’t heard anything so I emailed again and was told my test had been received and was in a production queue.
2 days later and still no result so emailed again to be told a partial refund was issued for £42 (which I didn’t ask for as I needed my result) I asked if I would still receive my result and was told yes.
The following day still nothing, then told my test had gone missing, a week later?
I have had to miss several days of work due to this as I was relying on the test result to let me know if I could return to work

Don’t waste your time and use another company 😊

Unreliable! There are better companies out there. This is not even the cheapest option and it still fails ( and I thought if I pay the price it'll be all ok). If you need to contact them by mail or phone then don't even bother. Avoid, avoid and avoid this is one of the companies that are happy to take but not so when they have to deliver.

Received my results 2 days later than my flight for me and my dad wasted £100...would never used them again.No chance even contacting them about anything,,they should return money if they can't guarantee results.

Day two Test kits returned via dedicated priority box on the 24th January, confirmed on the website as being registered, as of the 02 February at 22.00 hrs we have still not received any results, these tests were not cheap at £96.
RIP off Britain strikes again,

I bought a day 2 test back in August before I return to the UK, the test kit was never delivered, I send them many emails, to this date no kit and no money back, neither a single reply to my emails. avoid!!! Scammers

Still waiting for refund of £116 from Last May 2021,promised by company .Nobody from company has contacted me despite being asked for order details etc 4 times. Total RIP OFF company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never received my PCR test result - this is now more than 3 weeks later. Do not trust this company and do not give them your money.

HORRIBLE.
I had a fit to fly and a day 2 in summer 2021. Realised they might not give me the results in time to fly and contacted them via email (there’s no phone) to know if they would.
I never had an answer.
I did the fit to fly somewhere else and wrote to ask if I could give the test back and have a refund.
I never had an answer.
When I took the day 2 and send it on the 5th September I got a result on the 10th!!! 4 full days!!!!!!

I went home for xmas and decided with heavy heart to use the pcr I was left with as a day 2. i was dreading it.
I took and sent the test on Monday and I got the results on Sunday morning.
It took them A WEEK!!!!
Meanwhile I had to isolate.
I had to cancel an exam at the hospital I have been waiting for a year. I had to cancel my booster jab. I couldn’t go to work and lost money.
Meanwhile the law changed and people arriving after me didn’t even have to isolate while waiting the result.
F you Dante Labs! Do not use their tests and make them go bankrupt.

QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST LAB EVER. Ordered 2 PCR tests. First one lab received as confirmed by Royal Mail tracking, however lab didn't process it and when I called to enquire after 5 days what was going on they couldn't find it. Now 2 months later I use the 2nd test, exactly the same issue, absolute joke of a company, just got off the call with the advisor who took my details and the tracking number she tells me its not been received, however using the tracking number clearly shows it has been received as confirmed by track and trace, on questioning she tells me thats not the lab its their receiving office, this 5 days after posting it, then she tells me it can take 48hrs from receiving it to get a result, to which I object its already been 48hrs from receiving it, sorry cant help me if the lab doesn't show they have it. These companies making millions from this should be banned if they cannot deliver a basic service they advertise and promise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This should be zero stars...
but TrustPilot can't go that low. Here is my timeline:
- I did my DanteLabs test on 6th October and posted first thing the next morning
- I emailed THEM on the 15th October, receiving a response on the 16th that the sample had been received and was being tested
- Three subsequent emails from me requesting a refund for the result I'll never receive...
... and no response whatsoever!!
NO WONDER THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE CMA.

Pessimi - dopo una prima esperienza positiva. non rispondono mai, il sito non funziona e non accettano test perfettamente validi !!! EVITATE!!!!!
