I ordered 3 fit to fly tests from this company, which I received within 24/48 hours. I never received an email with a link that is required to register each kit with each passenger. The company doesn't have a phone number, so 2 days before my flight, I have emailed them 4/5 times and I have additionally used the retrieve page on their website to get the email that never arrived. The situation was so stressful as the last thing I needed was to risk not getting on the plane. The "customer service" was absolutely unhelpful and after a couple of useless emails they stopped helping altogether leaving me with a flight in 24 hours and no ability to take the tests. Eventually I had to cancel some work appointments in order to take the tests in a proper testing centre. I have requested a refund and I am in the process of waiting on a response.
This is a proper scam, absolutely shameful and terrible that a company sells a service that they are actually unable to provide. Also emotionally draining when you have to board a plane and are racing against time. Terrible.

As they don’t get back to you with the email that you need they have no customer service number and when I did eventually find the number the head office in Cambridge could not help either …….please please use another company where possible !!!!!!

Sent test in priority mailbox. No acknowledge 48 hours later. No idea if they have the test, No idea if I can fly tomorrow. Do not use if you have strict deadlines.

Very poor say 2 test. No results after 5 days. Group of us used. Some negative results of guys who have covid. Half the group not got a result.

Paid for a day 2 test and still not received this 3 days later. Not even the cheapest Day 2 tests on the market but great to see that the CMA have launched an investigation onto the company for not delivering results or delaying results. Good luck for anyone using this company and getting your results. highly would not recommend.

What a waste of public money , no code received for locator form, Sent 6 emails and no one returns, Can not get in touch any other way. No phone number !!!

Ordered 2, day 2 tests, both arrived promptly.
Sent tests back and I registered my details using the link provided and as the second test was for my wife, I forwarded the link so she could register her details, as advised on the email.
Unfortuately, she was unable to submit her details as the link had already been used????????
Emailed Dante twice , marking each as Urgent, asking for advice.
After third email, received a reply which bore no resemblance to the question I had raised.
Finally, 30 hours after returning home to France, and 6 days after posting the tests back, we received a negative test result together with this explanation,
"​Your wife can't register her kit because she uses ​your registration link. I've rectified and resent the result to your email 3 days ago. Here I attach the result as well. "
Dante can consider themselves fortunate to receive a ONE STAR rating.

I would like to recommend you Dante Labs , I buyed kit 2 and 8 days, fast delivery, easy registration with them, you receive a message when your kit is in the laboratory and fast result test by email and by message. Top, thank you so much 🙏🏾

Awful company. No contact re day 2 test. I had to contact them for them to respond with a load of gibberish and I have no test result.

The test kit was delivered within 24 hours, but I didn’t receive the promised email with instructions and the token to register the lateral flow fit to fly test until two days later, which made me so nervous that I ordered another test kit from a different company. The testing itself and submission via the app worked very well and I got the certificate within 5 minutes of updating the test result on the app.

Edit: It seems the missing token is a re-occuring event. A friend of mine had the same problem, but it was easily sorted by following these instructions I found in the testing app provider’s FAQs:

If you have not received the token email, please contact us directly at, certificatcertific.co using the word TOKEN in the subject line.

Scammers SPREADING The virus need a refund Test result not arrived. Evil wrong doing folk killing the nation. .. wonder if they were awarded a contract by their conservative bezzie mates. Need a full on investigation ASAP

Very slow service. Test was sent on Monday morning and received the result on Thursday lunch time.

Like so many others, unable to register my test and so unable to send my swab to be analysed. Have sent 5 emails and apart from the first two replies saying the same thing, which doesn't work, they now ignore me.
£35 wasted.

The 1 star is for ease of ordering the 2 day PCR tests. But, they haven’t arrived. They were due on 19th October, we have missed our 2 day deadline to complete the tests and they are not responding to submitted emails from me or my partner and we are currently unable to spend time chasing up by phone. Appreciate this could be a delivery issue but this is still their responsibility. Would not use again. I will update if I receive a response and/or a refund which has been requested.

I have bought multiple tests from this provider and discovered that never met the delivery result timeline. I have been trying to get a refund for all the extra kits I had bought (which I refused to use due to the delays in test results) and no one is able to come back to me with an answer nor a telephone number exist. I would strongly encourage you to find someone accredited and who meet the delivery promises rather than this company.

I did the Day-2 Covid test with them, all good as expected, test set arrived in time, and the result was also sent in time.

Dante were recommended by someone I trust both for the price of £48 and the quality of service. Our experience confirmed this. Swift email answers to my questions. Kit arrived swiftly. Clear test instructions. Code for input into passenger locator form provided seamlessly. After posting the kit, text messages and emails informed us of progress - when the lab received the test and then the result: only 13 hours between the two.

I reiterate what several people here have said here. No activation code makes 'fit-to-fly' lateral flow test useless. Money down the drain. Someone's getting very rich off this scam.
