Instagram ad was cool. Website was easy to shop. Shipping took long to the US and was about $8 USD. Sent a note on IG and heard back 3 days or so later. t-shirt was dope; I definitely dig it. It’s good quality for the price point, screen print was crisp, sizing and fit were great. Came with a little candy treat and another coupon / incentive to buy - I really appreciate the small shop personal touch. I’ll probably shop one more time since I’m happy with the first shirt, but shipping costs and delivery times are a bit much - and it’s unlikely I’ll be a three-peat customer.

First off, Rob is so genuine, helpful and such an authentic business owner. He made my experience with Dark as Day 10/10 after a major issue with the mail. The quality of the clothing is top notch. So soft and well made. The art is unreal, so dope and one of a kind. I ordered the 'Noodle Head White Edition' for my husbands birthday and its perfect. For sure will be a returning customer.

I really like the designs, they are great. But the problem is the quality of the fabric and the colors. I bought a couple of shirts and after washing them only 2 times the shirts look old and the colors already start to wash out.
Please work on that, because I really would like to buy more of your stuff.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Dark as Day Apparel, and I have to say, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding, really helped me out alot.

I ordered online, and unfortunately, there were some delivery issues that caused a delay in receiving my order, the issue in total took about 4months (From December 26, 2022 till April 22nd, 2023) with the package being sent back and forth. However, the team was incredibly proactive in addressing the issue and kept me updated every step of the way.

When my order did finally arrive, I was thrilled. The material is pretty great and I loved the style of it.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about my experience. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality clothing and a fantastic shopping experience.

The quality of the T-shirt fabric is absolutely brilliant and the quality of the print of the T-shirt is amazing absolutely 10/10 . I ordered 5 T-shirts and they arrived today, this company are great at replying to emails and they are a pleasure to deal with I will most definitely be ordering from here again.
