I've used these Darlac snips whilst volunteering for the National Trust at Sizergh. I found I could deadhead very accurately and they are very comfortable to use, so I had to get myself some. Delivery was on time and I'm very happy with them.

Great service, delivered in excellent packaging as well. The new 'basket head' attachment slid so easily and locked into the original extension pole the latter which is over 15 years old and shows it pays to get the best for the longer lasting and has renewable replacement parts.

Product delivered promptly. Everything as expected.

I have purchased Darlac items from garden centres before but this time directly from the company. Very easy to do, quick delivery and great quality product.

No problems with ordering or delivery. Helpful instructions with it.

Great, quality products at a reasonable price and was a speedy delivery. I’m a gardener and love Darlac tools and would recommend to anyone :)

The DP577 SpiralFlow Hosepipe is prone to springing leaks caused by holes or splits in the plastic. I bought a second one which lasted a week before becoming unusable. I wrote to Darlac but no rely. I posted a negative review for the product but they disallowed it.

Quick service, very well packaged and caring for garden tools insert booklet was a nice touch

Hi there. I'm happy with your sprinkler and have used them previously. A problem though - I'm using stream water (less than 2 foot head) continuously and, after a few months, organic matter coats the inner workings and slows the spinning (eventually stopping). Can you recommend something to clean it? (not WD40 - that doesn't work in this situation).

Great telescopic shears, and SO light and easy to use.

Seen on a YouTuber I follow Flawless Cleaning and can highly recommend the tools for saving your back. Leaf claws are particularly well made.

Good Service. The gardening implements I ordered arrived quickly and well-packed They are of good quality and in daily use.

Very prompt delivery. Arrived at given time. Gift for a 93 year old friend who is very impressed. Thank you

Despite the original order being wrong this was rectified by your helpful customer service dept.
