Finally! Something that works!
I have been with DataFit for just about 3 months. I struggled with losing weight even though I was weight-training and watching my food intake. Still, nothing was providing the desired results. I decided to join after a consultation with Brooks. We agreed to 4 months of coaching. I have been working with Herman and I'm actually (finally!!) seeing results. The scale is moving, my clothes are fitting better and I don't feel like I'm depriving myself of food or working out excessively. I opt to do my cardio days and never miss a strength session. The feedback from the coaches and support of other members in the group make this a different program. I'm happy to have committed to it and can't wait to see what I look like when my 4 months comes to an end. I definitely have a workable foundation and I'm grateful for what I've learned.
