Fantastic events

I met my two friends in Richmond
I met my two friends in Richmond, we went to DateinaDash in All Bar One. When we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, we had a drink then we were showed upstairs, by the organiser, where the tables were layed out, very organised. We all really enjoyed our experience, we are all definitely going to recommend to out friends. Thank you, Rob.

The host encouraged people to move around so that they didn’t get stuck sitting in one place. The variety of beverages at a reasonable price. Staff were very polite and just generally a nice atmosphere.

Enjoyed socialising and talking to new people.
Doing the event sober too and building my self confidence and self esteem.
Think it’s a great place and opportunity to meet new women too.
However I wish more clarity would be given to the process of matching, as myself and other people have not been able to match when tickets have been bought away from the website, like Eventbrite.

Event cancelled and no refund REPORT IF YOU ARE VICTIM
It seems there are many victims, it's same story for me. I paid for the event, they cancelled and they don't even respond when I asked refund.
** Report this business to your credit/debit card issuer and you'll get your money back. Make sure you keep evidence (e-mail, comms screenshot etc) and hopefully this scam will disappear soon.

DateinaDash are a reputable Speed Dating provider established in 2011 and have been ranked #1 in Google for the best part of the last 10 years. We have more positive reviews online than ANY other company. Every month over 1,000 people walk through the doors to one of our events somewhere across the UK.
Of course, from time to time events will be cancelled but it represents a very small portion (less than 1%) but it is those few who leave the negative reviews about our service. Case in point we have over 80,000 customers but only 400+ reviews!
As per our terms & conditions - in the event of a cancellation we provide credit for another event. If a customer does not want to attend a future event then we will provide a refund.
We have asked 'John' to provide information to Trustpilot such as ticket confirmation, e-mail correspondence with us over a week ago but he has failed to do so therefore we are unable to determine who this person is or if this review is infact even genuine.
We are not a 'scam' and we are not disappearing anytime soon!
I attended a speed dating event…
The speed dating event I went to was very well-organised, and all participants were kept in the loop from start to finish. The venue was also great — it was spacious and not too loud, so it was easy to have conversations. You do need to be very social to get the most out of the event, as you will be meeting a lot of new people!

The events are reasonably priced given you get to meet at least 10 different people. I've met some really nice people at the events but when came online Mach it was non of Mach ,even few guys said they want to date ...

I paid for a ticket and they cancelling and refuse to return the money. I have sent them emails for a refund and no answer. Pls becareful. Am in talks with my bank and action fraud.

None of the above events were cancelled and all went ahead as planned. I have checked our e-mails and can find no message from you regarding a cancelled event but if that was the case then please contact us again on enquiries@dateinadash.com and we can take a look.
Great events but cancellations not so great
I have booked four events with this company. However, two of them have been cancelled within 48 hours of the event. Of the two I have attended, the venue of one was changed within 24 hours of the event. Not only is it inconvenient, but I am also concerned that I have not been offered refunds. You can change to another event, but no refund is offered in the email about the cancellation. I assume that I can ask for one, but this involves me having to email them, whereas I think it should be automatic on cancellation.
However, it didn't get one star because the two events that I did attend were really great!

I am sorry to hear two events have been cancelled but if we do not sell enough tickets then we can't possibly go ahead with an event (some companies will run an event with 5 people but we won't!) We have to give as much time as possible as people often book late so cancellations will usually be on the day.
I guess we must be doing something right as I can see you attended another event with us yesterday! :)
Event Cancelled, no refund
I bought a ticket on Fatsoma and learned that the event was cancelled on the day. Before that, the venue had changed.
I was already regretting my payment but I trusted Fatsoma to refund me if necessary.
I was invited to book another event. I tried to do it but have never received any response.
I went to Fatsoma to check if I had been refunded but I was not because Dateinadash does not cancel their events on Fatsoma to keep your money.
I will complain to Fatsoma as well because by not cancelling on the site, they do not refund and there is no event.
Think twice before buying a ticket because they will not refund you if they cancel the event. And they promise that you will meet 20 people but it looks there is no attendance at all.
They just take you money. That's all. To avoid at all cost.

We did respond to her e-mail about 2 weeks ago and explained to her that she needed to contact Fatsoma for a refund. She has not replied to our e-mail. We are more than happy to refund this ticket in these circumstances.
We are the largest Speed Dating company in London and host 40+ events a month with more than 1,000 people attending. 99% of our events go ahead as planned but naturally some events are cancelled due to lower numbers than expected or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We always contact guests via e-mail to let them know an event has been cancelled in advance.
Please contact us via e-mail on enquiries@dateinadash.com and we are more than happy to either book you into another event or help you with getting a refund from Fatsoma.
70% of our 400+ reviews are 5* so clearly we must be doing something right!

Fun experience
I have attended 2 speed dating events at DateinaDash and enjoyed my time at both events. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and a fun host. I am new to speed dating, and wanted to try something new. I would recommend DateinaDash if you’re looking for a fun way of dating or even to meet new people! ✨

Surprisingly well organised and fun
Never been to a speed dating event, so this was a first for me. My friend and I had a surprisingly nice time. We are both 26 and the age group differed between 24 - 38, which was perfectly fine. It was organised and in a nice/modern venue. There were a bit more men than women, which we were expecting and it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t attend the event with any expectations and just wanted a girls night out with my friend and that is exactly what we got. I had fun meeting different people.
Keep in mind you aren’t going to “connect” with most people or they won’t be your type. Again that shouldn’t come as a surprise. However, myself and my friend genuinely matched with the guys that we liked, if anything comes from that is yet to be seen.
I would recommend going to one of these event, as it’s different way of meeting new people and the organisers of this event were professional and ensured the women felt comfortable.
