I’ve been scammed before a few times so I’m leary. But I think this site is good and nice to chat and that says a lot coming from me. I’m usually very careful but here the interactions feel real and polite. I did contact support once with a question and the reply wasn’t fast tbh. I think customer service could do better with response times

Messages take forever to go through
Half the time I’m staring at the “sending…” icon for way too long. Sometimes messages just vanish and never show up in the chat. It completely ruins the conversation flow and makes it feel like the platform can't handle it properly. Messaging should be the one thing that always works, no excuses.
