Ordered 100 bags, got 50 in awful shape!
Ordered 100 mailing bags. Received only 50 in an open, dirty and used bag with a torn label. The other 100 in a different colour was in a good shape though, both were in an oversized box. This is beyond comprehension how anyone would allowed this to be shipped?

Their products are let down by their delivery partner. 2 large boxes of boxes thrown over our gate, one split open. Luckily contents only marginally damaged.

Boxes es delivered to unknown wrong address. New package being sent out today. Incredibly inconvenient. Terrible delivery team. Second time it’s happened to us. Because of that, we shall not use Davpack again, even though their telephone team are nice.

Davpack – great. RX Delivery – not.
The moving kit itself looks to be of good quality, but RX delivered it to the wrong address 300 yards down the road, and left it blocking our neighbours' access to their home.
When I inquired as to when our kit would be delivered, Davpack responded quickly and found the issue promptly, which I really appreciated. My husband then had to make several runs in sweltering heat to carry all the boxes back to our house.
Great customer service from Davpack, but the delivery partner was a letdown.

Finding the right box.
Easy to order. the product was bigger than expected I'm old school so I understand yards, feet and inches much better, I had to do a conversion by Internet so the box was bigger than expected. I therefore had to get creative, luckily ceativity worked.
