We’re in the process of finding the correct packaging for our launch product and Luke has been amazing. Really patient and forth coming. Highly recommend

Good delivery but in a mighty enormous…
Good delivery but in a mighty enormous outer cardboard box and I notive Davpack pumped up the delivery charge since I last ordered a week or so ago, so I have removed a star from the vote ranking

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service
I have ordered many times from DavPack in the last few years and there has never been a problem. On this occasion there was a picking error where 1 pack of boxes was missing. I called Davpack at 11am, was answered promptly by a human (no automated assistant or endless menu of choices). They immediately arranged for the missing item to be sent. It arrived at 9am the next day. The true test of a good company is not when things go smoothly, but how well they respond if there is a problem. Davpack are outstanding !!!!

It was my first experience in buying a box. Very Satisfied.
It was my first experience in buying a shipping box. For a few minutes I was puzzled as to just how I should put it together, but I soon realised that all would be well. Ordering online was simple. I was pleased to deal with people who would offer a box rather
than multiples. I’ll be happy to deal with Davpack again.

Disappointing after sales service.…
I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size envelope. Davpack were happy to take them back but wanted to charge me £15. I was happy to order the correct size. But As My original purchase was only £18 I decided to keep them. Because of this I would not deal with Davpack again!
