Worst employees ever!

I booked and made a reservation in the days inn located in Dubuque Iowa and when I went to check using digital copies on my phone of my ID and payment method. The guy at the front desk said no! We don't accept digital copies! How could I have paid and reserved a room if my copies weren't valid.
He didn't work with me at all and told me to "shut up and leave immediately"!
No refund no compensation not even a apology!
The rudest most unprofessional hotel I've ever been to in my life! Do not stay there!

Do NOT stay here. Worst place in Nashville.

Days Inn West Nashville TN horrible experience in this shabby hotel apparently recommended by st Thomas in Nashville offering discounts but that’s not true. There is NO discount. Instead we had to pay a deposit !!! For both nights !!
And they kept one of the deposits telling us we smoked in the room and we do NOT smoke !! Then they changed their story and said well there was a problem with the linen but wouldn’t tell us what. The linens were threadbare. This is a 2 star or Lower hotel. Creepy. We were so tired and didn’t know Nashville or we would have looked somewhere else. Don’t stay here !!
Foreign guy at desk is very hateful.

Excellent customer support

The staff at tibshelf days inn hotel were so helpful and I cannot thank them enough for the help they gave me. As for booking through Expedia, absolutely shocking and would never use them again.

Worst hotel ever….be aware

I planned spring vacation for my family on March 9 to March 11 2025. 2 rooms and extended the 2 rooms for March 11 to 12 at Days Inn Pontoon Beach Illinois. When I first booked in with my family I noticed over 30 illegal immigrants drinking beer in the pool area and dozens of beer bottles on the floor. I ask the attendant about it and he said it’s not a problem. So I checked on in, not knowing what I was going to encounter. It was late so the next day I didn’t want to stay there anymore because there where cigarette burn holes in the linens, stains on walls, brown rust water, people fighting and I was afraid to stay because I had my children. So the next day I canceled the rest of my stay which my canceled was March 10, 11, 12 but they refused to refund me and I payed a 100 deposit and they refused to reimburse me my deposit. I have a 2 year old and I refused to stay at a hotel where illegal immigrants are drinking all times of the night, people fighting and doing drugs. Days Inn Pontoon Beach Illinois is the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. I had to book another 2 hotels in which I had to spend 400 dollars. Days Inn Pontoon Beach Granite Illinois. This hotel needs to be investigated because they have illegal immigrants living out the rooms and it is a health department violation. It is unfair how they not reimburse you for rooms you didn’t stay in. This hotel has so many health department violation and needs to be investigated.

DAYS INN SOMERSET HOTEL NO HOT WATER SHOWER

I have sent eamil to this daysinn hotel at Somerset Taunton Deane on the 11th january regarding the bad experience we had with their facilities bathroom have not heard anything back from them no espond to my email.

we booked on the 9th an 10th january 2025 winter and the hot tap was not working for shower to easy my aching cold body after long day work, same with the sink tap water was cold too there was no hot water to wash our face, hands, was unable to sleep properly the room was also cold . The bathroom extractor fan was too unberable annoying noisy when the bathroom light is turned not good experience for us at all.

this is not right, not fair, not good business ethic practice at all, you cant take cutomers money £85.50 and give them bad experince service and expect them to recommend your business to freinds and family and expect it to be repeated costumer please do the right thing.

This hotel was spotless

This hotel Days Inn Hyde Park London was spotless. The rooms were well laid out and the beds were extremely comfortable. The TV had ample channels. Nice Bathroom with window. Very quiet and great location. Had an excellent stay and would reccomend highly.

Do not stay !

So, we booked a days inn. We knew we had to travel that day so picked the non refundable tarriff ....

We let them know we would be arriving about 11pm.
We arrived the hotel was fully booked but we were given keys to our room.

As soon as we opened the door the room stank! A massive pungent thick air of mold . The wall paper above the bed was peeling it felt damp.

We left the room and went to reception. There were no other rooms available. we obviously got the last straw the room no one else would have.

We asked about a refund as the room was uninhabitable ....no problem said the young lad on reception....we videoed this for proof. He stated his manager would refund us the next day as he couldnt do it. We didnt have to do anything it would all be sorted out.

Well, months later we still havent had a refund ....Days Inn say its a non refunadable room....but hold on it should actualy be inhabitable ....we have gone to and fro and still no refund...our only chance of a refund is to go to a small claims court and I just cant be bothered.

So, I'll take the hit of trying to find a family room at midnight on a motorway and not getting refunded .
BUT......I'll NEVER stay with you again and neither will any family or friends .

You made a family with young children sit in a motorway car park for hours trying to find somewhere to stay for the night...we have never received an apology or refund.

Your company is a disgrace and your room inhabitable...AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Unprofessional, deranged idiots.

The front desk lady called me a "faggot". Corporate completely mishandled it. I was interrogated through the door of my room by the deranged homophobic employee who then tried to gaslight the living shit out of me over it. I was further slurred and verbally abused during checkout while they gaslighted me some more.
Management completely blew me off and didn't follow up at all. Traumatic stay.
Don't trust these shitty deranged bigots or this horrible company.

An unfortunate and rude experience

Short an sweet version: Checked in the night before and I'm handed a slip that I can give to the chef in the morning for a custom made breakfast. What a delight to hear that and it made my day after a long drive. Sure enough, in the morning, the 'Chef' was hanging out on the phone in the middle of the room and wouldn't get up out of his chair unless I was going to tip him. I asked him "are you cookin'" and he replied "I'm cookin' if you're tippin'". I made a face as maybe he was kidding. Sure enough, he wasn't. He didn't get up out of his seat and I wasn't going to play his game. It sure didn't bother him as he kept talking on speakerphone for the whole room to hear as I was leaving. Now I'm all for tipping and I even brought a couple of dollars with me for just this moment, but when it's demanded so I could eat, that was too much for me. He laughed at me as I walked out and I told him that wasn't cool. I went back to my room but then thought about this and turned around to head to the front desk instead and the gal there had no interest in this situation. Plus this place is a dump and the door locks don't work, toilet doesn't flush unless you try it 5 times in a row, rooms stink, all of which the lady at the front desk confirmed. Any pros? Absolutely, the lady that checked me in last night was a total pro as I was pleasantly surprised. I did meet some other nice people that work here as wel so I upped my review to 2 stars. There's no way this place is a Wyndham location, no way...

Days Inn by Wyndham West Des Moines

We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham at 1258 8th St, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265. It was miserable.
1. Our reservation clearly stated there would be 3 occupants, but our room was only set up with one washcloth and two bath towels. 2. The white window curtain window had a large yellow stained across the entire bottom with a hem full of black mold. 3. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold. 4. The desk chair was stuck in the low position with the seat about 12 inches off the floor. The low chair height made it useless to use the desk. It had about a 9 inch gaping rip in the seam of the back. 5. The room had an ice bucket, but no drinking glasses. 6. The wall unit for heat and cooling had so much dust inside the unit that it created a cloud im the room when we turned on. When it heated up it smelled like dust burning. We left it off for the night. 7. When we checked in we had to pay a $100 "security deposit" in addition to our rental fee. We were told we'd get it back upon checking out. 8. The room did not include a plastic laundry bag. 9. There was no elevator in the lobby, causing us to haul our suitcases up the stairs. 10. There was a large suburban vehicle illegally parked across the walkway of the driveway entrance, making it impossible to get to the lobby without carrying our suit passes across a garden.

The worse service ever!

I made a booking for a week through Hotels.com for two of our operatives in Days Inn Rownhams in Southampton. When they arrived in the hotel, they found out that the booking was cancelled and nobody could explain them why or who did it. I had to spend hours on the phone and live chats. I was then told over the phone to re-book the room via Booking.com by the person at the desk and was also told that the first booking will be refunded. At the end my initial booking was not refunded, so basically I was charged twice for the same stay. Now both Hotels.com and Days inn are passing the ball to each other and play me like a foul! What an absolute clowns! I will never use any of these companies again!

Nasty Dirty Rooms - Stay away!

The first room they gave me had a toilet that was clogged up. The second room looks like it hadn’t been cleaned. I had drove all night so I was really tired but I guess I should’ve took it as a sign when the first room was in such poor condition. This is the Portland Texas location.

Really try harder!

It smelled like crap! Fake drawer there was no where to put my stuff dirt everywhere Doors don't work to the bath room someone can come in a bunch of random books hanging around st least ask if we want it would rather go down the street to a motel for 1 NIGHT!!!

YUCK what a nasty place to spend in Mooresville, NC

Just spent two days at the Days Inn, Wyndham in Mooresville, NC. It was filthy to say the least. I cannot believe Wyndham would attach their name to such a horrible place. There are two separate buildings and only one had an ice machine, which meant getting in my car just to get ice. When I finally found the machine, it gave me 6 ice cubes and no more. The windows of my room were in dire need of cleaning, the room was missing light bulbs, and the bed skirt was falling off the bed. When I finally got to shower, there was mold in the shower stall. I knew better than to put my luggage on the floor; just in case there might be bed bugs. Anyway, I spent $171.00 for a dirty motel; buyer beware. In addition, I have lost my faith in staying at a Days Inn in the future!

Days Inn Wyndham M6 top hotel

Stayed at The Days Inn Wyndham on the M6 Saturday 11th. September for 1 night.
The room was well appointed, spotlessly clean, with abundant hot water, a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view overlooking the lake.
The thing that impressed me the most was the staff. Trish, George and Lee were so very helpful in assisting me sorting out my travel difficulties. Top people and real assets to the Days Inn organisation. Many thanks to all 3, top job !
