Very bad experience with this company.
Ordered a watch as a present on Saturday and was due to be here Tuesday on Wednesday for a notification that it was being delivered at a time and wasn’t delivered didn’t get any notification from them. I have sent two emails and heard nothing back very disappointing.

Was simple and efficient. Great prices and can assure you it’s 100% legit. Would buy from here again.

Terrible experience I ordered a watch as a gift, I was told it wasn’t in stock and then was offered watches that looked nothing like the one I had ordered, I asked how long till the watch would be back in I was told a week, the week goes by told another week till a month later I just get refunded a lot of hassle, chasing and stress over north

Bought a DW watch for my daughter online from DAYT and despite the courier losing it it initially, I cant commend their customer service enough. Their representative Barry stayed in contact me throughout, kept me updated and pursued the matter with the courier. It was all resolved satisfactorily.
