On a return trip to Buenos Aires from Mar del Plata I was surprised that the driver has not checked in. I had to contact Daytrip to ask that the driver contact me. The pickup time was for 5 AM as the ride to BsAs is long. When I went to hotel lobby I was informed that driver would not pick up as car had a battery light on. Daytrip offered no other help other than to suggest I find another ride there. Worst of all, I was promised a fast refund yet over 2 days later the $ had not been refunded. Had to ask Amex for help. Will not use again.

Autobus and Daytrip. What an amazing experience. Faizan was our tour guide and he was fabulous. So helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind and patient. He always looked out for us and looked for us after each event. We went to Newschwanstein castle and Lindonhof and oberammergau. Such an amazing day and experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I booked several transfers and then later saw a Black Friday deal. They agreed to offer the deal on all the previously booked transfer. Awesome.

Sadat Solaris Francisco drove us from Taxco to Mexico City last week - he was an excellent driver, reliable, fluent in Spanish and English and his communication was great. He had a lot of local knowledge which made the trip even more enjoyable. We recommend him and the company highly. It is the second time we have used Daytrip in Mexico, the first with Hector, and both journeys were fun and comfortable, no negatives at all.

I used daytrip for the first time in Uruguay. We wanted a private transport from Colonia to Montevideo. I had other options but either the website was confusing or outright buggy. I was also not sure what I was booking withe other sites. Daytrip site was easy to navigate and the information was very clear. Communication from Daytrip was very useful. I got information about the vehicle and driver 36 hours before my departure. On the day of the departure, the driver arrived on schedule. The vehicle was very nice and well kept. The driver was very professional and efficient. I will use them in future and recommend to take alook at Daytrip before deciding on your trip with other agencies.

Very disappointing. We booked a 9 hour ride in Bolivia, from Rurrenabaque to La Paz, which was cancelled on (from recollection) around 48 hours’ notice. Elections and weather were given as the reasons. Elections had been known about before we booked. Weather was absolutely no issue - certainly not for our replacement driver who whisked us across without difficulty. In fairness to Daytrip, a refund was provided promptly, so I am absolutely not suggesting that this is a scam website. But it is an unreliable service and the refund didn’t cover our additional expenses, Nor was it adequate compensation for being left in the lurch in an unfamiliar country at short notice. Though they were perfectly civil and pleasant to deal with, I’m afraid that I cannot recommend this business.

EDIT: The above review is as originally written, when I gave the company a 1 star review. Since leaving that review, Daytrip has contacted me, to apologise, and made an unprompted offer of compensation which it has since paid. That is, in my view, the hallmark of a good company which has simply made a mistake. My revised three star rating reflects that.

Having already used DayTrip three times during our trip around Colombia, we decided to use them for one more transfer. Once we'd reserved the trip, customer service got back to me saying that the driver had informed them of a road closure on that particular day which would be problematic regarding timings. A reschedule was organised seamlessly. The driver concerned was a young man called José, for a transfer between Cartagena and Tayrona Park. He was an excellent driver who spoke near fluent English. Yet another excellent experience with DayTrip.

I traveled from the Dead Sea to Petra with a stop at Kerak Castle using Daytrip, and Ibrahim was a fantastic driver. He knew the best spots along the way to stop for photos, which made the journey even more enjoyable. He was friendly, kind, and thoughtful, offering water and snacks for the trip.

Since Ibrahim is from Petra, he also shared some great local recommendations, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Ibrahim if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable trip in Jordan!

Paul was just the right driver/tour guide for us for our drive from Seville to Lisbon. His driving was impeccable as was his knowledge of the geography and history of the area. He dropped us off and gave us an idea of where we should go to experience the essence of the towns that we visited. We really enjoyed the small town of Zafra and found some shopping streets in the center of the old town. Merida had incredible ruins of Teatro Romano where gladiator fights were held and were just excavated 150 years ago. Evora was the showstopper with the Chapel Of Bones…you have to see it to believe it.

Worst travelling experience ! After a flight of 23 hours, one of the last people to disembark the airplane, going to the toilet (after a 7hour leg), collecting luggage as one of the last bags to come through, the driver tells me he has left! WITHOUT me! Unbelievable, unprofessional and downright unsafe.

My wife and I had recently taken Daytrip on 2 trips. One from Ljubljana Slovenia to Rovinj Croatia and one from Rovinj Croatia to Venice Italy. 

We had a wonderful experience and had two fantastic drivers, Milorad M. and Slavin S., who really helped create a fantastic trip!

Obviously they were on time, great conversationists, had a lot of local knowledge, (even though we were in multiple countries.)
Their cars were very clean and they were great ambassadors to Daytrip and we are both glad to have met them.
But even more so, they were both professional, kind and courteous.

Again, I cannot say enough nice things about Milorad and Slaven  and what a great people and drivers they were.

All in all, another great experience with Daytrip and their drivers.

Easy to book, driver details provided, the driver contacted to double confirm, arrived 10 minutes early, and was responsive to my needs - he drove gently as I get car sick. Very professional!

We used Daytrip for a ~7 hour ride from Puno to Cusco with our driver William. When we booked the ride, we thought it would be daunting. However, our driver was kind, amenable, knowledgeable, and great company and driver. Thank you William for such a great trip!!

We used DayTrip twice while traveling abroad. From MUC airport to Salzburg and again from Salzburg to Munich with a stop at Dachau. They were on time to all pickups and helped with luggage. The vehicles were very clean, and the drivers drove very safe, even on the Autobahn. We had 5 in our group, and everyone had a comfy seat. We spent 4 hours at Dachau and our driver waited and was quick to reply with any questions I had. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again when I travel abroad.

We needed to get from Rennes to Bayeux. We used Daytrip as we have used them in the past with much satisfaction. This experience was no different. Mohamed was our driver. He arrived early, was an excellent driver, waited patiently as we made a few, prearranged, stops.
We continue to highly recommend Daytrip for occasions when trains/planes are a good option and you just don't want the headaches of getting a rental car, driving yourself and returning the car.

We (a party of six) had a lovely transfer with Walter from the airport to Alba. The minivan was nice and clean and he even had a little treat for us which was very appreciated. Thank you for the nice service!
