During the installation my light sconce had dropped from the ladder and broke. Being extremely upset I contacted Dazuma and without hesitation they expedited the broken light within a day, amazing!

I love the lamps I ordered

I love the lamps I ordered. They will be perfect in my bedroom. The ordering was very simple and easy. I’m just upset because I didn’t see the summer20 discount code until I had already checked out so I missed out on the cost reduction! UPDATE: Dazuma contacted me and refunded the summer 20 discount even though it was my error. Their products and their customer service are outstanding. I highly recommend them!

We placed our order with as much detail as we could identify. The order was acknowledged and worked as promised. Product delivery was as defined. I got fooled by a fake sale/discount.
The lights I purchased were in the sale area, but then they were not on sale. A pop up gave me 20%off, but then the checkout would not honor it. I feel a bit ripped off.

BEWARE: Cheap plastic-like light fixtures, and you will pay LOTS to return the junk

Awful! Do not purchase their merchandise; you are not going to be happy and they will charge you fully to return the item which is going to cost LOTS. Customer service is unhelpful. Merchandise is cheap and not as represented. I ordered a light and I could not believe the poor quality. When I contacted customer service they basically said "too bad", unless it's broken you own it now!" To return it you will be paying for all shipping costs. Do not purchase from this vendor. Awful...

I purchased the 3-way dimmable lights…

I purchased the 3-way dimmable lights from this company for a remodel and spent close to $3,600. Shipping took far longer than expected, which was frustrating. But things only got worse once we installed them.
These lights do not function like standard 3-way color temperature lights. You can’t select a color temp via switch or remote like every other modern light I've used. Instead, the lights cycle through color temperatures each time you turn them on and off. There is no way to lock in the setting, which is both impractical and frankly a terrible design decision for any professional space.
To make matters worse, one of the brand-new lights doesn’t even work. When I contacted customer service, they offered zero solutions. No exchange, no troubleshooting, not even partial support. I would have gladly paid return shipping to swap them out, but they told me flat-out that there was nothing they could do.
As a developer, I was planning to use their products on future projects, but this experience changed that. If you’re considering buying from this company, be warned: if anything goes wrong or the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re stuck with it, even if it's defective.

Terrible… now they want to bribe me to…

Terrible… now they want to bribe me to remove an honest review. Buy from Amazon where you can return with no hassle. Believe me!!!
4 weeks and multiple calls to get them to agree to accept a defective return. Then they did not want to pay return postage which was $60 for 2 lamps!
BUY Amazon. Similar Chinese products.

Since your lights are solar-powered and have the solar panel system on top, the screws on top are securely fastened to ensure waterproofing. You're absolutely right - the waterproof seals on top should remain intact, and the filling materials should indeed be accessed from the bottom compartment. We regret that our product instructions didn't make this clear enough.

I love this product

I love this product! There was a small issue with connecting the lamp due to it being set up with the European electric connection vs us. Customer service rectified the situation immediately and reimbursed me a few bucks for my inconvenience. It was a simple adjustment and I will definitely purchase from them again!

I was purchasing this item for a 45th anniversary and needed to do it so my husband would not see the charge. Your company has been very polite and patient with me. I received a card from the bank yesterday and when I tried to pay you, they declined it for fraud. It took me till this morning to get it straight.

Design Flaws and Delivery Time Misrepresented

I like the fixtures but there's no way to replace the bulb without removing the complete fixture from its mounting/pilaster. Also, the delivery took much longer than expected.

Since the light fixture is mounted on the column with screws, just remove the four nuts securing it to the base. Take off the fixture, replace the bulb, then slip it back over the mounting screws.
