This is John Barber from Arizona. I ordered Dazzleiod # 35526M139475 online on Jan.01,2026. I never received a package. I emailed to dazzleeid what is the statue. they emailed me tracking number: JSEAE1729863722YQ but USPS and UPS are not in list. So I request you send me a refund for $35.23. Thank you

I placed an order and never received it.
I sent an email and got a response straight away giving me false hope that a new parcel would be sent.
I never got a new tracking number and it’s 2 months later and no parcel.
I sent another email today and immediately got a response telling me that the parcel was delivered with a dodgy tracking number that doesn’t work.
I didn’t get my parcel and I didn’t get a refund.
Dodgy as!!!!!
