I have been trying to find a competent and knowledgable lingerie shop since my last experience with my last lingerie expert decided to retire after 20 years of custom. I tried some other shops but they all came up short. My daughter who lives in Banstead suggested we try D'Braz. We Went in on a Saturday morning and knew I had found my new go to expert lingerie shop. The staff were amazing I was treated with dignity and respect and was very happy with my 4 new empriente bras with matching knickers. I also purchased 2 beautiful bikinis. Thank you so much you went above and beyond. As I lived some distance away my daughter was going to collect for me. It was such a lovely surprise to receive them in the post 10 days after ordering. Thank you again and I will now be one of your Loyal regular customers. There is nothing worse than walking around in the wrong size uncomfortable bra.

Excellent first time visit to Dbraz
My mum and I went into Dbraz for the first time last week after hearing great things about it from a friend who has always shopped there. We only went because my mum was looking for a specific item but once she was in the changing room I couldn’t help but look around at all the lovely lingerie sets they had and before long I with a little gentle persuasion from the younger of the two ladies (who was fabulous) although it didn’t take much persuasion was trying on and found two items I bought. The ladies were both very warm, friendly and kind and immediately put you at ease so there was no awkwardness. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who wants to have a more personal experience rather than just going and buying off the shelf as they really know their stuff and know what will fit your shape right and suit you. Yes the prices are higher than the high street but the brands are better and it is nicer quality goods and sometimes it’s just nice to treat yourself. The lady I dealt with was really nice, couldn’t have been nicer and she picked very well for me as these are now my favourites to wear as they are so comfortable. We shall most definitely be going back and recommend anyone who is thinking of going, go!

I visited for the first time yesterday after recommending friends to go.
The lady certainly knows her stuff. I tried 3 bras the first one not the right size so changed for a different size which fitted perfectly. Then a new different style. I couldn’t believe the transformation I seemed to stand more upright & have a waist again. It was so comfy I paid for it & kept it on. Resisted buying 2 as I’m a bit cautious. But I will be back to get another one & maybe another after that.
The experience was fast, though not rushed, I was made to feel special & certainly love my new bra.
Highly recommend the personal, professional experience.

The only shop to go to if you want a well fitting, comfortable bra.
Excellent, personal service from this unique shop. I was wearing the wrong sized bra for years until I visited D'Braz. I now don't go anywhere else. They are always so helpful, measuring to ensure a good fit, selecting and bring you bras to try and helping when trying on bras to ensure they are adjusted properly. Every woman deserves to have a comfortable bra and this shop ensures you find one!

My visit to D’Braz in Banstead
Today I visited D’Braz in Banstead, I have been buying my bras and swimwear from them for the last 20 years. As always I came away with just what I needed, New Bikinis and a swimsuit ready for my holiday. The ladies are always friendly, helpful and so importantly listen to what you are looking for. I had a choice of over 15 bikinis and many suits which is amazing for my cup size (G/H), they make you feel special and I have never left the store without exactly what I need. I highly recommend a trip to see the ladies at D’Braz, they will look after you whatever you need.

Humiliating Experience
Earlier in the year I visited this shop and was so impressed with the wonderful helpful service I received from the friendly young woman there that I decided to go back 2 weeks ago to get a new bra. This time I was seen by a different, older lady. My experience couldn’t have been more different. I felt she treated me with insensitivity and had a loud, brash manner. She left the changing room door wide open when measuring me, loudly commenting on the shape/size of my breasts at least 4/5 times (the shop was busy) when outside she shouted comments from the shop floor through to the changing room about my size/shape, whilst I can’t fault her knowledge about bras - and I did end up buying one I liked - the experience left me feeling paranoid about my size and shape, and believe me, as a middle aged woman I’m under no illusions about how I look! To end this miserable experience when paying she actually batted my hand away when I went to put my card on the reader and said ‘wait! - oh, yes you can do it’ In retrospect I should have walked out and not bought anything. It’s not a shop I’ll be going to again.

Forget online shopping
Forget online shopping, this shop has amazing staff that can measure you and suggest items that will be comfortable and that will look good on you.
There is parking right outside and a car park a minutes walk away.
You must visit this shop , you won't go anywhere else after you have .

Fantastic Service
I am big busted and needed a good bra for my daughters wedding. Fed up wearing uncomfortable bras. The assistant straight away recognised I was wearing wrong size. Put a bra on me and it fit so comfortably and I actually felt like I had a waist! I was so impressed I brought 3 bras - would highly recommend them. I have already told my daughter and sister to visit which they plan to do!

Recently bought 2 bras from D’braz and am soooo pleased with my purchase. The lady who looked after me understood my different sizes due to post operation and was really efficient, friendly and most of all I got 2 bras that fit perfectly.
