Le traitement de la commande a été très rapide du côté de DCA LAB. Le produit est tel qu'attendu, bien présenté, avec des fiches techniques de qualité. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'achète chez DCA LAB, et j'y reviendrai sûrement.
Cependant, un bémol pour la livraison à l'adresse finale, (qui, je le précise, ne dépend pas de DCA LAB mais de DHL), peu efficace et assortie d'un mauvais soutien du service client.
