Horrible customer service, shipped my order after 8 days. Never once responded to my 7 emails to cancel or apply the 30% discount that didn’t go through. Received the package & can’t return it because they won’t respond to accept the return. Zero communication, extremely late delivery, their discount doesn’t apply for some reason & you can’t return. Buy at your own risk.

It’s been 21 days since my order, countless emails and voicemail have not been answered, and I still have not received the product. They say they they’ll send you tracking info within a few days of purchase but that’s a lie. They say you’ll receive your item in 10-14 days, yet I’m on day 21 with no answers. They could at least let me know if there is a delay or respond to any of my messages or voicemail. Maybe apologize? I’ll never shop there again.

i havent experienced the problems others have with receiving incorrect or faulty products, but god D*MN are their processing and shipping times abysmal. just embarrassing and pathetic for any company, i would be ashamed if someone ordered something from me and it took me that long to get it to them. i'd offer a refund and apologize profusely. their site says 2-3 business days, i wait a minimum of 2 weeks every time even though their fulfillment center is only two hours away from my house. it's been a full week since my last order and it hasn't shipped yet. and it WILL be my last order from them. i could have walked there and back a few times by now. if you're not going to fix your abhorrent processing and shipping times, at least change the language on your site to reflect the more accurate 14 days, which is literally 7x longer than i was expecting to wait. just sad and frustrating. take a quarter of my paycheck and then sit there doing literally nothing for two weeks. would be 0 stars if i could.

AVOID THEM!!!! Charged credit card same day I ordered. Two weeks later nothing in the mail. Contacted them to cancel and they reply with a tracking number indicating the pkge was on the way. When package arrived they sent the wrong thing, clearly because they never had what I ordered in the first place. Emailed them for a return address. No answer so I returned the package using an address from their website. Now I see from post office tracking that these assholes have marked the package "return to sender" and it's on the way back to me! AVOID dd8 SHOP AT ALL COSTS! THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED. THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!!!

They can process orders in a prompt manner that lets the customers know they appreciate their patronage. They can communicate promptly to their customers concerns via email and telephone. They can make available a telephone number so that there can be efficient communication. They can show the customer that they appreciate that they took the time to patronize their establishment rather than go somewhere else because there are so many other options to choose from. They should be respectful to everybody works hard for their money and nobody wants to give their credit card information out to a business that won't even return a simple email

Shipping and customer service is terrible , will never order from again. Three weeks no product

I will never order from them again. I have tried and tried to give them a chance since they have a product that I really like, but the very slow shipping and lack of customer service is driving me crazy.
Luckily I have found a better company online that I will stick with from now on. That product has already arrived, while I am still fighting and waiting on my order from Direct Delta 8

I wanted to love this company since they are in the same state as me, but they're terrible. Horrible customer service, and the shipment guarantee is a joke. Even though I like their product, the slow shipping and lack of communication is too unprofessional.

If only I could give no stars for this review. Spent $320, which included $50 next day delivery. We'll, no items delivered, crappy customer service, poor communication for my order. Highly recommend staying away from dodgy scammers

Ordered. Got sent a delivery number. Next day get an email saying $200 fee for insurance, contacted them on WhatsApp no refund no product nothing this is the Australian address of Delta 8 full of s*** total scam

Ordered products. Site states being shipped. Then dodgy courier came up with $200 "refundable" shipping insurance. Total scam. Done my money. This is the Australia site.

Took them 8 days just to tell me that the cart i ordered was out of stock. Its been processing and still is to this day. This is a unreliable and garbage site that didnt hesitate to take my money but takes there time getting me the products i ordered. My real rate is negative 5 stars.

Took my money, did not supply product, used a dodgy courier company that demanded an additional $200 payment to deliver. Blatant lying by chat operator and told to request refund through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

ordered from them twice and i had no problems whatsoever. i appreciated the discreet packaging and shipping updates. don’t understand how others had a bad experience with them when mine were fine. 5/5 as of now.

They hook you up for the price and the products are quality! I will be ordering from them again.

Very slow no way to contact but email very slow on response. But charge you as soon as you order Most companies charge you when shipped

I got a little nervous about not responding to emails, no working phone number, thought I got duped. I did make my order on a late night Thursday, without reading that they do not deliver or process orders on the weekends. I order on the 5th and received products on 18th. So it takes about 8 business days for them to process and deliver. The product was FANTASTIC. It was worth the wait. :)

2-3days processing my @$$. Been a whole 8days and nothing changed. I emailed them asking if it was better to buy the faster shipping in the future to not have this happen... No response 4days later.. Still waiting. So maybe I'll update this review once something changes. 😒

I want to apologize to dd8shop.com. i previously gave them a 1 star review simply because I was to impatient to wait for my tracking to update. I'm sowwy and I changed it to 5
