Absolutely obsessed with this company I’ve never had any negative experiences and anytime I’ve ever had to reach out to support. They have always been super kind and friendly and making sure that my product arrives on time. I would highly recommend this to any girls and guys who are in the DDLG/BDSM community. They make really nice high-quality outfits and cute accessories as well.10/10 would reccomend everytime !!

The items I received were different from the ones on the store. Some looked pretty similar but one item wasn't even close. Got them in a parcel with lots of smaller packages inside, all from different addresses in China.

When contacting the store, I received no response, but through PayPal disputes I got my money back. However, they said they'd refund the shipping cost to a certain amount but never did! Messaged them about this again and still haven't heard back.

This store is unreliable and the sizing and quality of the products is questionable (even if you use the measuring chart shown with some products). Some of the items are direct ripoffs from other branded items: a toy on DDLG Playground was described as being made of rubber, but after digging deeper and finding the original, the real product is made from medical grade silicone.

I highly recommend to stay away from this store, it's clearly not handled in a very professional manner and even if you're okay with subpar quality, there's a chance you might receive a different product from the one you ordered.

I've been buying clothes and accessories from them for almost 7 years now and I'm always very happy with both the items and their customer service. I highly recommend them for buying your cute things and my daddy definitely agrees hehe

Customer experience was super great, friendly staff with quick respond times and they sent me a reship even though it was completely my fault that i put the wrong address in.

Very solid kinkwear especially for the price and amazing customer support. I had a little issue and simply just needed things reshipped but they went above and beyond, offering even faster shipping as well as a discount code and a gift card.

This shop has been truly awesome to me and my girl. We’ve placed several orders over the past two years and always been really impressed with everything we got. The one time we had a small issue with a pair of handcuffs they immediately rectified it and went above and beyond for us, even giving us a gift card on top of a free pair of cuffs. I couldn’t recommend DDLG Playground higher and I’m sure we will be life-long customers. Thanks for serving the kink community and making this such a positive safe and fun place ❤️

Do not buy from DDLG playground! A lot of the items that they have on their website are not in stock. Their communication is non-existent. Their customer service is horrendous. Their tracking website is a joke. They will steal your money, lie to you and then berate you for having the audacity to try to get your money back!

I ordered shoes from their website in March. I never got any email from them after the order confirmation and when I went on to their tracking website, even in May, it just said that my order was still being processed and being shipped.

So I sent them an email but they didn't even bother responding until I filed for a charge back with my card.

So they then sent me a really condescending email where they gaslit me and lied to me and told me that they previously emailed me in April letting me know that the item was not in stock and then they just kept my money and didn't give me a refund because they claim I didn't respond.

Then why did I email them back on the only email that pops up when I search for any terms related to their company or those shoes or that order in my inbox!?! Why, when they responded to me did they respond to that chain and not copy the email that they claim they sent me in April!?!

So now, they are still refusing to give me my money back and claim the funds were now "being frozen" for 2 months and I was being flagged along with my card as being a high risk customer!

Do not buy from DDLG playground! They are predators that are taking advantage of their customers.

My partner and I have ordered from DDLG Playground several times now but never took the time to leave a review. We've caught several of their sales! No issues, great quality products, great service.

I've had multiple items ordered through the throne wishlist and the clothing is always way too small. I think the clothes would only fit a size xs-s. The colors in the pictures are bright pink and the items don't look like them at all. The colors are always a dirty peach tone instead of pink. The material is very cheap like a bathing suit but from SheIn or temu. The prices are way too high for this cheap quality. I wouldn't recommend ddlgplayground to anyone because they don't deliver what they show on their websites. The only good thing I can say is the shipping only takes about 7-10 days considering it's from another country.

UPDATE: customer service reached out to me and told me they would send me a gift card but they never did. They did not reply after I sent proof and explained what's wrong. So I give their customer service also one star. Very poor and wouldn't recommend at all.

I did not receive a package and at first thought it was stolen. I emailed the company asking about this and they brushed it off. Maybe the representative had a bad day but I tried again and the next person was more than helpful. They helped me find out my package was indeed not stolen but delivered to the wrong address as the delivery company made a mistake. They informed me they will reship the package and gave me a discount for further purchases. Thank you for the great customer service.

Customer service and delivery are awful which is a shame because their products appeal to me. Ordered something and waited over a month with no update or tracking number, sent an inquiry about my package only for them to reply -
"You received your package on-" (nearly a month ago and then they include the first tracking number I've seen for the product)

Their wording was poor as I was messaging because I hadn't received it, and they still haven't replied with further support 6+ days later

Absolutely love the customer service. Something happened to my shipment and they so kindly offered to reship another free of charge. Usually with these things its always a nightmare with customer service, so I definitely appreciate the kindness and definitely feel important as a customer of theirs. Makes you want to support their business even more. They also have a huge range of clothing and items to explore. The quality of their items are also excellent.

Love this site. They have so many options cute clothes and shoes. I recently got a pair of the tiny tot sneakers and absolutely adore them. I wish they had more styles but that is really the only "complaint" I have. The shoes themselves are great quality and very comfy:)

Shipping was quicker than expected (7) days, but the item itself was AWFUL. It was stupidly low quality, especially for $40+. It was not the same item, and I circled everything that was different, not including the material and color. There were so many loose threads, poorly sewn bands, and the item itself had so many differences it blew my mind. Definitely disappointed. Reached out to customer service and have my fingers crossed for some kind of resolution. Sucks since I was so excited for this item. It was the ddlg pink bow set, and the bows, straps, etc were all different and improperly sewn.

I was contacted and they offered a gift card. I purchased another item from their store, and hopefully it will be the promised quality. Added a star due to customer service

I’ve ordered from them twice and I had some minor issues with my outfit, but I contacted them and they allowed me to purchase a new outfit or use a gift card in their store. I loved the way both outfits I have bought looked and I wish the timing I received them could’ve been a bit sooner, but overall not to bad for free shipping. Second time I did receive my order a few weeks after I placed it and all looked and felt great. I’m a small person so my chest didn’t fit the very best as preferred so hopefully they add more sizes. Would also like to see new models that have darker skin like mine.

I purchased several items for my partner including lingerie sets, a bdsm kit, skirts, tops, and a few costumes. I’ve placed multiple orders over the years and have always been really pleased with the quality and the top notch customer service I’ve received. This has always been our number one go-to site for any kink related needs. The selection is honestly pretty crazy. Every time we browse we find new things we want. Shipping times are usually very reasonable, despite them saying it could take several weeks in some cases. We usually always receive things within a week or two on average and have no complaints. They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. We’ll be repeat customers for many years to come I’m sure!

I ordered clothes for SEK 600 in June / July, but I never received an email or avi or my package. So I contacted them in August and told them I had not received the package. They said that the package had gone back because I had not picked it up, which is not true. But they said they could send the package again. But it has not come out this time either and they have the right address and phone number. So I think they's kidding. I will try to report them if they do not respond now. I emailed them a few weeks ago and they have not responded. Am very disappointed.
