This is an absolute SCAM!!!
I placed my order more than a month ago, still haven’t been delivered and the communication is atrocious. Never fall into their trap.

DEALHUB NOT RESPONDING TO RETURN REQUEST
I ordered a pair of Boots online with Dealhub - Order number DH30025. It was delivered on Tuesday 26th Sept and on that same day I emailed Dealhub requesting to return the item. I heard nothing back and don't want to keep the item. I emailed deal hub again the next morning (274th) - but decided to call their customer services to arrange a return immediately. The guy I spoke to was completely unhelpful. Told me that I should wait 6 - 12 hours for them to respond to my email. Well, its been 48 hours and no response from Dealhub.
I don't want this item - and I want my money back. This has been a terrible experience as it is not cheap. It is horrible!
Not as advertised - synthetic / not leather. I'm too scared to touch or wear it in case the material tare. The material cuff of the boot is also stretched and the stitching on the zip is bad with loose pieces of material still showing.
I really just want my money back R801.99

Dont use DEAL HUB...bunch of thieves. Paid 222.96 on the 29th Aug 2023 for a product. Nothing but lies about tracking etc. Call ur bank and get your money back, before time runs out. I think its iz 30 or 60 days. Im contacting my bank today 28 Sept 2023, and laying a complaint of fraud and scam agsinst deal hub.South Africans STOP using deal hub!!!

If I could give a -5 I would! Worse experience ever!! Delivery are most definitely not close to the estimate time they gave and their communication are really bad and unprofessional! Would not recommend at all!! I actually still have received my package which I have ordered months ago!!

Wishing if there were negative red stars to warn online shoppers. I have been with DealHub for over six months now, attempting to secure a refund for a defective webcam I acquired from them. Their communication has been abysmal, and I have been exclusively engaging with an individual by the name of Sifiso. Despite my persistent efforts to provide videos and evidence of the malfunctioning product as per his requests, my issue remains unresolved.

I also think it is a SCAM we need to stop them. I ordered it months ago. the email feedback they give on reply to my email request for information is totally unprofessional all it says it that the issue is resolved. How can it be resolved I have not received anything and I have not received feedback as to where the package is.

It's more than a month and still waiting for my order. Their customer service is the worst in the world. Asked for a manager to contact me and still waiting. It seem this company is very dodgy and cannot be trusted. Will not recommend them.

Do not buy from Deal Hub - They take your money but the goods are not delivered. SCAM

They import all the their products only once you have have paid, they lie and say they are in JHB. The dont have any stock BEWARE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Very confusing starts off with offer for Metro bank credit card acceptance then Deal Hub come on scene

Placed & paid for an order on the 23rd July 2023.
Have not received any confirmation that the order has been placed with their overseas supply.
No tracking number received to date.
Every time I phone I get told that I will receive the tracking on Friday. Friday never comes.
I am also unable to cancel the order and get a refund.

Orders something weeks ago, didn’t receive a tracking number until I emailed to find out why I haven’t received my package yet. Tracking number just says order created, and has not been updated. After reading all these reviews it’s clear I’ve been scammed.

I ordered and paid in full a replacement screen in April but followed up with them on telephone which was never answered until today. Their trail of emails since June has neither brought my screen until last month when they said they will pay refund to my account which till today is 20 days and counting..... No one must use their services, they are criminals.

This Company Must be removed from the online Shop ,They are just not worth it . Their support team are bunch of liars , their support email response from Mntungwa is fully automated with no human interaction , Very arrogant when you get hold of him on the phone , My order was only Delivered 4 months later after I threatened to Go to their shop, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK ,you never get the Tracking until you call then . even if you finally get it, it does not working, Never Ever will I buy from them

Your staff are liars and your service is shocking! My order DH27600 plaçed 13th June still not even in manufacturing nevermind schedule for delivery!!! You contact numbers in South Africa ring off the hook. Emails just tell you the same crap message from before.

Dont deal with this scam company. They advertise 7 to 14 days delivery. I have been waiting for 4 months and still no delivery. They also don't do refunds.

Just like everyone below ordered a lego set for my son in june its august still no delivery no refund - noone answers the phone or responds to emails. i have reported them to the consumer protector lets hope there will be a positive response and they get shut down !!! i will never order from them again. ...outcome !! To anyone that reads this report them to consumer protect I got help from someone there and deal hub had no choice but to refund me.
