A new blind was ordered and made up very quickly. All staff are great - Dan was excellent- he fitted the blind and helped with a small adjustment on one of our other blinds supplied by Deal Direct. Big shout out for Jackie who is behind the scenes but is an essential member of the team !

Everything was so fast from measuring and ordering to fitting a couple of weeks later with great communication throughout. We had the blinds fitted today at my dad's house and Paul and Jason were efficient, friendly, professional and very tidy and considerate. The blinds and windows look great just in time for Xmas. Thank you! Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Another brilliant experience with the team from Deal Direct.
We returned to them for some bedroom shutters. They were fitted by Rob this morning.
The whole process from our new enquiry and the initial phone call / visit to our home for measuring and estimating / emails and phone call updates has all been efficient, effective and very much appreciated.
Rob rang to give his ETA early this morning and has worked with precision and skill to install a beautiful product.
We are so impressed that he automatically took his shoes off too and treated us and our home with absolute respect.
