Ordered an Electric Bike off this website. Seemed legit with this Trackisto 'delivery tracker' As of right now 14:46 on the 17th December 2025 my Delivery is telling me its Scheduled to be deliverd by the 15th . . . I have emailed Trakisto about the matter 5 times since the 15th with ZERO reply back.

Looks like I am going to have to go to the bank to get this payment reversed, DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE or these fake reviews like I did.

Ordered product and had trackisto tracking date kept getting put back and then was told they had tried to deliver and no one in.(ring doorbellproves lying)..then new date and now being told to contact supplier...have tried to email...who don't respond...and website now down

Ordered a Cube EMB, received tracking details from Trackisto. All looked legit, even used chat with someone called Camilla. But.... All a fraud, Trackisto is not real, and Dealyard.co.uk are fraudsters. Stay away and warn others.

As I thought said they had refunded me and money would be back in my account by Friday but nothing went in and now no response from them scum bags

Unfortunately I have also fallen victim to this company’s activity. As others have described , I received tracking from tracksisto but with no real updates, or specific contact details. I then saw that an attempt of a delivery had been made and it would now be dropped off at a pick up point. I was home all day and no attempt was made. Lots of discrepancies on what I was being emailed by Dealyard and what was actually happening. The pretence from Camilla at Dealyard was kept up with responses albeit not professional responses but responses none the less. I wasn’t given information for trackisto then I was I lnformed they sent there own driver. Then Dealyard completely ghosted me. Complete scam. I have informed my credit card company. Please save yourself the hassle with this company.

Brother bought Trek Mountain bike and received tracking info Trackisto, which is used by scammers to create fake tracking.
They reply on chat stating refund has been issued but this is just another delay tactic as no refund is processed.
DO NOT USE SCAMMERS

Trustpilot .. Please assess the positive reviews from November. This company was incorporated 1 month ago. People are buying based on your reviews and it’s a scam. Ordered a Cube mountain bike. Tracking says attempted delivery.. which they didn’t. PayPal are now dealing with them.

Ordered a Trek Mountain Bike but the 'fake' tracking and correspondence received led me to believe this is a scam. Tracking company 'Trackisto' is not a legitimate carrier. Dealyard agreed to refund my order but I have not seen any money yet and have claimed back through my credit card company. Avoid. If something looks too good to be true then it probably isn't!

Update- Refund has not materialized and CC company say it is not in the system. In response to your reply, you could not give me tracking details provided by a UK company , as previously promised,when the fictitious Trackisto said the goods were in UK to be delivered.Scam,Avoid,Avoid,Avoid.

Further Update. Still no refund. Have reported to National Cyber Security so hopefully site will get closed down.

The site is a scam and all the reveiws are fake.
I seen them advertised on Facebook and knew it was a scam as soon as I seen a 2k 2025 bike for £800 it just doesn't happen cheapest is 1300 from any other reputable shop.
So looked a bit closer and found its definatley a scam site just in time for everyone ordering at Christmas so don't order anything from the site.

just received my Cube e-bike and wauw that quick! it runs absolutely amazing! best purchase this year no doubt...
