The advice given by Debt Rainbow from the start of the process to the end has been brilliant. I was talked through every step and I felt supported without being judged. The contact was brilliant, Adam called at each point in the process to explain what would happen next. This was such a difficult step for me but it was made easier by understanding my options and what would happen when. All the longer phone calls were scheduled in around my availability.
