TERRIBLE - do not use

Paid €6 delivery, it was delayed, wrong product sent - Christmas delivery cut off now past. Was told only way to get product pre Christmas was to collect last bike myself in store. Went today and told no bike there for collection it’s out for delivery. It is not.

Horrific customer experience - didn’t even refund delivery until I asked. Would not recommend to any one.

Good selection of items. Mens trouser sizing is completely off. I ordered two sets of trousers and they were very small and no crotch space. Also, be careful when requesting a digital receipt. Machine times out and never received it.

Website is not very clear when ordering plus it’s very long for delivery. Ships from somewhere in Europe not Ireland.

Luke in Workshop was amazing! sooo helpful and payed attention to details and went extra mile to help

Luke installed our bike locks for three of our electric scooters and he did a great job. Very friendly attitude and for a very reasonble price. I highly recommend his services to other customers who need help with fixing their bikes or scooters.

Decathlon is great. You can always rely on them to be good value. The waterproofing isn't quite as good as some of the high-end brands but it is often a quarter of the price or less, so far more affordable.

I ordered some walking boots and walking poles. Boots are great, really comfortable and a very reasonable price. The walking poles were cheaper than other sites I looked at too.

I read all the bad reviews about delivery. My experience was good. I live in Ireland, I ordered on November 5th and my order arrived on November 15th.

I would like to complain about the delay in the delivery of my order.
On the 8th October, I placed an order through the website and paid for the delivery, but still have not received the paid goods. Latest estimated delivery day has been passed.

I emailed Decathlon customer service last week and they didn't give me any information about my order and when I can get it. I'm still waiting for.

If my order is not delivered within 7 business days, I will complain to the Consumer Protection Commission.

And yes, I will never buy anything online from Decathlon again.

I ordered a weights bench from the Ireland store and it has been 23 working days (1 month) and still no sign of it. All support could do was say it was shipped from the Germany warehouse but no idea when it will arrive. Wont use them again.

Pathetic customer service. Ordered a jacket, zip came broken. Have to post back to store, don’t cover return post. If as a company you post faulty goods, be professional and make it easy to return them. Really poor customer service

Ordered a few bits 19 working days ago. Have been in contact with the online order department and also the delivery contractor. Have been told it would arrive today but still no sign of it… very very bad service! Will never order again!

Delivery takes way too long to be competitive. I love their stores in France but 2 weeks is a crazy leadtime. Ignore the 6 working day guideline on their website! It takes two weeks.

Poor quality, better to go with a proper brand from a local shop who knows what they are talking about. Delivery was promised quickly but took 9 days, had it to come from China via France?

Ordered some small items eleven days ago. Only got word yesterday that they had just been shipped “ from their European site” . Very poor service, first and last time to use.

Item received 4 days after ordering. Traceable immediately through dhl.de and then an post. Very quick delivery. Happy with the service. Happy with items received. Perfect as described

My partner loves this shop over the years. Great for pick ups if you dont need help!
Went over to the ballymun store yesterday to purchase a paddle board and a womens Elops Bike (over €600 purchase )
Rang ahead and was told there was 2 in stock and would take 30 mins for a check over.
got to the store and asked the guy can we purchase the bike i asked 2 very simple questions and i got a response of " i dont know " so i asked could he find someone who knows which he never did.
I was then told there was only 1 bike and it was the floor model and it would need to be checked over, but will take 1h and 30 minutes as the guy who checks the bike is on break. i completely understand staff needs breaks but he was the ONLY person who could check this bike on a busy Sunday afternoon is insane!
I asked the workshop could either lad (2 working) have a quick check over so i could leave with the bike to be told NO.
I then decided i had to leave as i had a young baby with me and went back to tell the guy i would come back tomorrow to hear 2 staff members talking about me to which i then made clear i could hear them!
then i was told it would have to be after 5pm the next day (but i was told 1h 30mins ) so i dont know why i was given a time for the next day. the bike should be ready!
i work in a very big branded bike shop myself and this is absolutely no way acceptable on our standards of customer service. safe to say i left very very annoyed.
i will be back to collect the bike and will not be returning for any product from this shop as the staff clearly do not want to help people and need some product training. (and not to talk about customers while they are standing there height of rudeness )

Unable to order. Tried multiple times from multiple cards. Keeps saying refused!
Emailed and tried to call.
No use. Ridiculous.

Ordered an item 10 days ago said it’s shipped, and nothing since emailed four days ago for so information update. Not even the courtesy to reply. Very disappointed with the service would not recommend as decathlon have left me stuck.
Without the courtesy to call.
I’m out of pocket and had to buy product elsewhere in meantime.
Save your the hassle and avoid.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if possible. Worst customer service! Products arrive faulty and some never arrive.
