Item has not arrived after more than 30 days. I have requested to cancel and they told me my order could not be cancelled. They have sent two different tracking numbers and the updates are very vague.

I’ve written four reviews on their website about their Norfolk pine garland - every time writing a review, this company keeps taking it down immediately. I suspect they have software that takes down the negative reviews. I ordered this garland on Nov 17, after seeing an Instagram ad. It has been a month and I still don’t have the garland. Tracking number doesn’t show where the garland is located and the customer service is atrocious. I’m at the point where I think this is a scam. When I purchased the garland the website said it would ship from a US warehouse and shipping time is between 3-5 days. They lied. It ships from China and takes forever. They won’t give me a refund, even though the website says 100% refund if not satisfied. They just keep telling me it’s still shipping and to be patient. Avoid the hassle, and do not purchase anything from this company. It’s a scam. I’m reporting this to my credit card company as a scam.

Buyer beware. Ordered garland from their site. Looked beautiful. Came an entire month later it was literally nothing like pictured. They showed a dark green thick garland said is was 6 feet long. I can a neon green plastic stick. My husband laughed out loud when I opened it. So decided to return. They refuse to return. I
Assumed I would pay for shipping back which is fine. The proceeded to offer me 8$. I spent 70$ on the worst plastic twigs and they won’t take back. Also now Christmas is here. No garland. Just don’t do it !!

I ordered something to decorate for Christmas on November 19. It is now almost a month later and I still don’t have the item. Beyond disappointed.

very unreliable site that keeps customers on the line for months for a delivery that was never delivered. I have been waiting for my order for 4 months and I keep insisting on a refund because the delivery time has been far exceeded and they keep appeasing me by claiming that my order will still arrive. scandalous practices and I absolutely advise against this site based on my personal experiences.

Fits well, buttery soft, lovely shade of cream and I absolutely adore the zip down collar and just the overall look of this! Well done.
