Absolute disgusting customer service order a light fitting it arrived damaged tried lloads of times to contact decolight by email and telephone to get no answer do not buy from them .

All products are available on other websites (even when classed as decolight products) and the customer service is appalling so I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere to get the same product and more helpful/customer centric approach. There are some superbly helpful companies out there. Decolight have a "these are your legal rights" vs customer centric approach and are extremely non responsive. In fact I haven't dealt with a less customer oriented company that I can remember.

Great company. Ordered 2 wall lights which arrived in good time.
Best thing is the personal touch you get , offering advice on the style/look to accommodate the space and what could work well.
Highly recommended

Please do not order from this company.
They don’t accept returns even when items are sealed with less than 30 days from receiving them.

The address showing on Google is actually not a showroom but it is a farm house.,
Order at your own risk (I have lost almost £500 to this company after they refused to refund or issue a gift card).

Do not waste your hard earned money.

Great company, I have order from them serval times for projects . When there is know stock they always offer an alternative options that they have in stock Biggest plus is - no pushy sales term

Extremely poor customer service.
Took my payment and did not send product. Kept me waiting 3 months despite me emailing to get an update . No communication from them at all!! Not even an apology to explain why they didn’t send the product. I have now ordered the lamp direct from Heathfield who have always delivered very promptly with excellent customer service. I should have just ordered from them directly in the first place especially as the lamp is £100 less from them!
