Deed Poll Office Avaliações

Fantastic, speedy service. I received my documents before they were due to be despatched! They also included a guide on how to execute your deed poll and how to apply for a passport in your new name. The ability to pay a little extra to enable you to order copy documents in the future is also a plus. I had got my fingers burned with a company offering a similar service but who took my money and failed to provide the documents, so I couldn't recommend deedpolloffice.com highly enough

Decided to change my Surname back to my maiden name, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and cheap it was to do this. I received my letter and certificate very quickly through the post. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to change their name. Very simple to do.

Was sceptical at first but couldn’t fault this company. Was updated all through the process, received my certificate quickly and efficiently. Would genuinely use them again if needed.

Brilliant service. I am glad I used them for my son name change. It was accepted in bank, HMRC, GP no problem.

Very easy to use, great communication and very fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication throughout. Efficient and sent my documents within 2 to 3 days. I hadn't realised how easy it was. I'd just like to say a big thank you for the help I received. The process was not difficult and any information I missed the team emailed me and responded quickly.

To be honest I wish I found them sooner. I used their service because the passport office wouldn’t approve my daughter’s name change without a deed poll. I was able to order it before their 3pm deadline and received it the next day. What I found especially helpful was that they sent templates for cover letters for different scenarios which helped me finally get the passport! Really affordable service and I can’t recommend them enough.

easy to use and navigate

Changed my sons surname to his dads, I was skeptical at first but the price compared to the gov website made me go for it. Papers arrived. All legit, was such a simple process. Just fill out the form online and pay, all done.

Only negative I have to say, and it’s minor, is that I wish they’d print the date the application was made, rather than get you to write the date you want, it would look better as when my name was changed (2002) it was printed and looks more “official” However other than that, that’s it. Such a minor difference and only flaw I can point out.

Very quick and efficient

After putting it off for years thinking the process was complicated and costly, myself my partner and our 2 young children (on our behalf) finally changed our names. The process couldn’t have been any simpler and so cheap compared to what we thought we would have to spend, and amazing discounts for more than one application. The whole process was a breeze and delivery was super quick. We applied on a Saturday, had confirmation everything had gone through by the following Wednesday and had our deed polls in our hands on the Friday. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Fantastic service. Straight forward and efficient. Should have used this service rather than initially going for the recorded deep poll option which is costly, time consuming and still not completed months later. Would recommend this service instead.

I am very happy with my experience with the Deed Poll Office. They make it pleasurable to go through the process of a name change, which can be quite daunting at the best of times. I found them to be very efficient and professional during the whole process.
I would not hesitate to use their services again or hesitate in recommending them to anyone in need of a Deed Poll office. I certainly did not regret using their services.

They were fast to send the deed poll. The application was very simple to fill out. I would use them again. I managed to change my name with 2 different banks easily with no complications. They are also true to their price!

Service was quick and efficient.
The deed poll was printed in beautiful high quality paper and came through fairly quickly with attached instructions to action it

Very impressed with the quick response to my questions and then the very professionally presented Deed poll documents. Very clear instructions on how to complete and finish off everything.

Am outside of the UK. Speedy and efficient service! Comprehensive instructions supplied on the execution of the deed poll. Would definitely recommend.

Wish I'd just gone down this route first instead of doing the Registered gov process which takes months or who knows how long as you just never hear anything and can't get through. Luckily we could also do it this way as well and it was done in days. Very helpful staff and smooth process. Thank you.

Really good site to use for a deed poll name change. Was so simple to do. I received my documents the same week with everything enclosed regarding documents that required updating and changing. Really good for money also, I looked a few other sites before coming across this one and this one was the best for money and trusted reviews. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great customer service. Very quick response via email when I had a query with my new name on the deed poll certificate.

Highly recommended..
