This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have ordered from many different companies over the years, but I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service.

I placed my order on 2 July and expected it to arrive within the stated timeframe. The delivery date passed, and my order still had not been shipped. When I contacted the company, I was told the order was still being prepared, but I was not given any proper explanation, update, or reassurance.

I then requested a cancellation and refund on 11 July, but my message was completely ignored. There was no acknowledgement, no response, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
After giving them the opportunity to fix the issue directly, I was left with no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank.

A company’s customer service says a lot about how they treat their customers, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

UPDATE – June 2026

Since posting my original review, I have filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). ECC accepted my complaint and contacted Deen International on my behalf.

As of 23 June 2026:

* I still have not received the goods ordered on 26 January 2026.
* I still have not received a refund of €190.40.
* Deen International has not contacted me regarding the complaint.
* ECC has informed me that Deen International has not responded to their correspondence.

What I find particularly concerning is that the company continues to send me regular promotional and marketing emails encouraging me to place new orders, while my January order remains unresolved.

I will update this review if the matter is eventually resolved.

Even 1 star is too much for this company

I‘ve ordered a Ramadan Calendar as a gift like 4 weeks before Ramadan, my order came way too late like one week before Eid. Bit that wasn’t the problem, the product was unbelievably bad they even sent items that don’t fit in the calendar whatsoever. Cheap and poorly designed and when I requested a return or a refund, and after them making me send them photos and videos. They simply declined and offered me even more products. Such a waste of money and time!

I ordered over seven weeks ago during Ramadan and still haven’t received my package. At the time of purchase, they stated that shipping would take approximately one week, which has clearly not been met.

After several email exchanges, communication from their side stopped entirely. Initially, I was given various explanations (for example, that the items were out of stock), but once I began requesting a refund, my messages were ignored. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

At this point, I can no longer even track my order, as it appears to have disappeared from their system entirely, which further raises serious concerns about the handling of the purchase.

Given the excessive delay, lack of communication, and inability to track the order, this company is untrustworthy.

I bought several calendars that never shipped and I was given false shipping details. They refused to refund and offered replacements that never shipped and store credit that is useless. Avoid this company. They are scammers.

I’m upset to write this because I always go out of my way to support small businesses, especially Muslim‑owned ones. But unfortunately, this experience has been a scam. I ordered a Ramadan box, but it never arrived. When I asked, I was told it got stuck in customs and was returned to them. A lot of Islamic terms (Assalamu Alaikum, JZK, etc.) were exchanged, and I was promised an Eid box instead. That Eid box never arrived either. When I finally asked for a refund, there was no response. I live in the United States and it seems they ship from abroad. Please, do not target countries you cannot reliably ship to. This has been a deeply disappointing and dishonest experience.

My daughters loved their Ramadan calendars, the quality was amazing and the little gifts were perfect

Another scam with religion as cover up. No words can be said except that they are SCAMMERS. Ordered a calender and muslim arabic teaching book which never arrived and after several emails they constantly dodge the solution. They have to account for this on the day of judgement.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with Deen Internationaal! The delivery was very fast and the product fully met my expectations. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described on the website.

I would avoid this business.
I purchased 4 Ramadan calendars with the clear promise they would arrive before Ramadan. Over 2 months later, they still haven’t arrived.
Customer service refused a proper refund and only offered store credit, which is unacceptable given they didn’t deliver what was promised.
After checking reviews, it’s clear many others have had the same issue — orders not delivered and no real refunds.
Very disappointing, especially for a business selling Islamic products.
