Second Purchase
This is my second purchase from defythegrid. Excellent pricing, excellent service & delivery. These are definitely the go-to guys for Goldbacks. I also purchased a set of the North American Animal aurum notes. Another fine product with beautiful artwork and craftsmanship. However the gold content is measured in grams, while Goldbacks are in ounces. Slightly confusing, so I set up a spreadsheet to see how they all slot together. Very interesting. Will be shopping with defythegrid again, soon.

Customer service
Now credit card fees on my goldbacks was the main reason I made a purchase here. Now the customer service is the reason I will make future purchases. The reply time to my concern was a few hours and resolved a few minutes later.

I have been doing business with Defy the grid for a few years now and I can say that I have not had a bad experience, The pricing is great and the product is flawless, I guess if there was anything that I would like better it would be faster shipping, but I think everybody wants things they buy yesterday lol.

Great customer service. Great product. The best prices anywhere.
This vendor clears transactions in an average of 2-3 days, instead of 10 like other vendors. They ship super fast. I've gotten orders in 5 business days, inc clearing a credit purchase. They are also less cost than the lowest priced vendor on the internet on everything except kilo and above. Great customer service. Great product. The best prices anywhere.

Great dealer
I upgrade to 4 stars (previous was 1 star). Looks like they did not answered my inquiries due to a faulty email app. Regarding the issue (item not delivered after 4 months), the seller finally reach me and explained that the graded items (PMG) are finally on their way to the shop.
I have to admit that my others orders were delivered right on time.
A good company.
