Had a very good experience with them. Sarah Jane was very helpful. My paperwork was completed within a couple of days on applying and hence the full procedure went on very fast. Very happy and satisfied.

Finding the best possible mortgages at competitive price
I cannot recommend the de Havilland Group enough!
We were first introduced to Mark Howell in 2009 when we purchased a leasehold property to accommodate a daughter near to her new job. Mark, assisted at that time by Gosia, were so friendly, professional and helpful during this complicated transaction (2 mortgages were involved) and made everything proceed without any challenges.
Although we had planned on selling the property after our daughter moved on, this was thwarted by the national cladding scandal following the Grenfell disaster.
We have therefore had to renegotiate or replace these mortgages a number of times due to fixed terms expiring and age related issues; many lenders do not serve over 70 or 75 year olds.
Mark, now assisted by Andzelika, have handled these changes so competently, always obtaining the best possible, optimum deals for us, the latest of which has just commenced.
They have provided such friendly and amazing service during all of these transactions, at a fraction of the cost compared to other brokers.
I have had absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other family and friends who were seeking a mortgage.

A fantastic company to receive advice and sort my mortgage. Due to recent hike in interest rates my broker was able to arrange a speedy resolution to issues that were raised and provided me with a friendly smile whenever there was concerns about the application.

Neil Moakes - You won’t find a better Advisor
I have worked with Neil Moakes since my first ever mortgage back in 2018 and when we decided to move 5 years later there was only one Mortgage Advisor I was going to work with.
Neil, you are such a great advisor and a true credit to your group. You always answer all of my questions with an open heart and provide your honest opinion which I trust explicitly. I always feel that I am ahead because you always tell me the next steps I need to take and how to prepare for them, also in a language I can understand. We received a great service from Neil Moakes from DeHavilland Group. It was the second time we’d used Neil after our first purchase feel through last year. As first time buyers Neil talked us through every step of the process and got us a mortgage with a rate lower than we could have found ourselves. We’d highly recommend!

An efficent and effective service together with great customer skills
Since I applied for staircasing with my Housing association Mr Rippon has helped regarding my Financial Assessment and carried out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. It is not only that he and his team have got the job done so efficiently and effectively, provided valuable advises and reassuran ces but they did so with a great style and excellent customer service skills. I recommend Mr Rippon and his company.

I have worked with De Havilland for 20 years and have found the service provided second to none. I am a strong believer in a person representing a company and it's reputation - Tom Dolski does this perfectly. Tom is ultra responsive, transparent, polite, clear, professional and has understood my needs since we started working together many years ago. Tom applies no "closing pressure" but remains contactable when needed. Should you not have worked with Tom at DeHav before I would suggest doing so right away!

Thank is how I would describe the staff at de Havilland. My buy-to-let mortgage was complicated by cladding issues, lenders changing terms, dysfunctional landlords and unresponsive automated legal services chosen by the lender. Without the due care of the DeHav team, this would have never got completed. I didn't have the time to dedicate myself to getting this done and these guys stepped in an were amazing. I am very grateful!
