Delta Animations Avaliações

Delta Animations production team and Luna, in particular, made our business a series of training manual videos. Which were excellent in quality.

Luna is very responsive and listens to client suggestions.

I cannot believe I wasted my time and money with this company ! It delayed my company launch an entire month (or more), 3 weeks directly at fault of this company and more time to rectify the delay. I’m pissed off to say the least !

For starters, from the moment I paid for the “complete package” every phone call for the following two weeks involved my project manager pushing another purchase which I told him several times, “I am not looking to book any other services until the project that I JUST paid for has been completed”.

I will attach the promotional offer I paid for on 08/24/2023 labeled the “Complete package”. It took two weeks to receive my final logo files because they kept ignoring my clear request to fix the coloring, which should’ve been obvious to designers. I will also attach the initial logo where you can clearly see streaks in the coloring. The gymnast entire arm and leg was discolored. I also attached the final logo, which looks great until it’s expanded and then you can see major coloring issues. The work was simply sloppy.

Furthermore, despite me clearly stating what I want and providing photos and videos of exactly what I’m looking for, the designers completely ignored my request several times and would send something completely different.

Also, I never received the icon and have yet to receive the copyrights to my logo.

Lastly, I requested my website to be designed on squarespace, which is a site that already provides beautiful templates. However, I wanted additional animations that I didn’t know how to do. Therefore, I provided examples of other SquareSpace sites that I love, for this company to replicate. Three weeks later, despite having access to my squarespace site nothing was doing on my squarespace site (they said they designed it on a “tester site”), the site they provided looks worse than any template on square and didn’t have ANY animations! Despite me providing content, it wasn’t used.

Now I am asking for a refund for the website (not the logo) and they’re giving me a hard time. I wouldn’t dear recommend this company!

Ron & team which helped me with my business logo & website has shown superb excellence. I highly recommend this exceptional company indeed. I'm beyond impressed with their quality & professional workmanship they've shown me. Thank GOD for this company.

I contacted this company to build a website for me for my woodworking business and I absolutely love it! Ron Walker stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and his team was phenomenal in the creation of my website. They are now working on an Amazon Storefront for me and I’m super excited to see what the results will be! Definitely recommend this company!!

Delta works with the client's budget and tailors a payment schedule. Delta also works with the client to help create the vision they want to convey.

We had a 5 star experience with Delta animations and with our point of contact Roy Murphy. Our new website looks good and we received positive feedback from clients! Roy was extremely helpful, professional and reliable. He worked collaboratively, presented us with several options, made helpful suggestions and was flexible. Very satisfactory outcome and we are confident we can go back to them anytime for further help. We have recommended them to other businesses

I had a 5 star experience my service provider Sarah was very helpful and attentive, I'd recommend delta animations to any business like mine looking to get an animation ad done. They are very professional and flexible, I am 100% happy with my service.

The Delta team surpassed all expectations and were excellent throughout the creative process. They were fast, efficient, and really listened to our notes and suggestions. Very happy with the animations they created for us.

Delta Animations listened to my feedback and kept revising the video until I was satisfied.

My experience working with Harald has been wonderful!!! He is so supportive and
Always there when I need him.

My trailer is complete and my next step is the 90 minute movie!!
Cannot wait to complete it.
My dream is coming true with Harald’s help!!!

The team did a really good job in responding to our requests for revisions. In their industry even the most minute detail makes an impact on the end user and they did a great job working within the parameters of our storyboard. Keep up the great work!
