Product has never worked properly, no reasonable solution from Delta
I paid more than I normally would have for a faucet because I thought the touchless feature would be worth it. The touchless feature on my delta faucet has NEVER worked. The touch feature has worked but not touchLESS. I watched the videos and made the adjustments they recommended. No improvement. I called Delta, they sent me a new solenoid. I replaced it. Touchless still did not work. Life is busy, so I left it as-is for a few more months. Now the faucet doesn't even turn on (with the handle or touch) until it has been tapped at least 20 times. I just called Delta again. They said they can send me a new solenoid or give me 50% off a new faucet. Why would I pay $300+ for the faucet I have that has NEVER worked properly - toss that money down the drain and pay Delta even more money for a new product from them!?!? Ridiculous. I will never buy a Delta again!

Will never buy a DELTA faucet again
Will never buy a DELTA faucet again. Faucet is faulty and they will not replace it. Have to jump through hoops, had plumber out and he said inside it was a weld that is bad, that is why it is leaking and needs to be replaced. Not good enough, they want me to take the faucet apart myself and take a video of the inside and it leaking. I already had the plumber do that, no way am I messing with the faucet, I am not a plumber. What a joke! Lost a good customer.
I have always (since 1959) used Delta…
I have always (since 1959) used Delta because of 1) Product Quality and 2) Lifetime Warranty/Customer Service
Will not buy Delta again.
Bought a Delta bathroom faucet from Lowes. First, the cold water stopped working a few months after install. A plumber friend says likely it's a bad cartridge. Have only used hot water for months. Recently decided I was going to fix because now the hot water handle is sticking as well - hard to turn. I'm just going to replace it. Same plumber friend tells me to buy Quality - and Delta from Lowes ain't it.
Delta VoiceIQ - Polished concept, failed execution. Not production-ready.
I’m comfortable with network configuration and device setup, so this is not a case of user error or unfamiliarity with connected devices.
The Delta VoiceIQ faucet fails at the most basic requirement: maintaining a stable connection during setup.
The VoiceIQ module powers on, enters a flashing green state, and broadcasts its network as expected. I can connect to it, but within seconds the connection drops and the device transitions to a flashing red/green state. After that, it becomes unresponsive and cannot complete setup.
I validated this across multiple configurations:
• Dedicated 2.4 GHz network
• Brand new router with separated bands
• Mobile hotspot testing
• Full power cycles and resets
The behavior is consistent every time.
This points to a fundamental flaw in the module’s connectivity or firmware, not an environmental issue. A product at this price point should not require this level of effort just to initialize, especially for a core feature.
What’s more concerning is that this is not an isolated experience. There is a clear pattern of similar failures reported by other users, which suggests this is a systemic reliability issue.
The concept is strong, but the execution is not ready for real-world use. This product adds complexity without delivering dependability.
Bottom line: Until the connectivity issues are addressed at the product level, this is not something I can recommend.
My guest bathroom’s Delta faucet began…
My guest bathroom’s Delta faucet began leaking despite very little use. After contacting Delta twice, I found both representatives to be rude and unhelpful. More importantly, Delta refused to honor their "Guaranteed for Life" warranty because I am the second owner of my five-year-old home. It is hard to believe a major corporation can void a lifetime guarantee based on a home sale. Imagine if a car manufacturer voided a 100,000-mile warranty simply because the vehicle changed hands. This feels like deceptive marketing at its worst.
Stellar Customer Service
I bought a beautiful delta faucet set for my shower/tub. We had a problem with the plumbing and had to take the tub spout off. Sadly, the plastic threads would not allow reconnection. I called Delta Faucet customer service. They happily sent a free replacement. AMAZING customer service and compassion. Good to see from a corporation these days.
I wish I could give them zero stars
I wish I could give them zero stars! I bought a toilet made by Delta 2 years ago. Now it is making a whining noise every time it fills up. I called Delta to ask about getting a seal for it and I was told that they don't have it and they can't give me any information on it because they stopped making toilets a year ago! They don't even keep parts on hand to help people who bought their product in the past!
Now I'm stuck with two toilets that have absolutely no support and who knows whether I will be able to find a seal that fits it? What a crock of ess... The ess that goes in the toilet...
I will never ever buy anything made by Delta again, and I hope you won't either. No one should buy something from a fly by night company that makes toilets and then stops making them and doesn't even keep repair parts.
They squeak and cartridge breaks
I like the design and function but they squeak after a few months. I took one apart and the damn cartridge came apart. Customer service sent another and it worked fine, for a few months. I called them again thinking they had a bad batch of parts and they said it was because of my water! Wouldn't send another. I have these things in all three bathrooms, four faucets total, and they all squeak when turned on. You'll need to have plumber's silicone on hand and hope the cartridge doesn't break in two when pulled from the faucet. Poor design in total. Buy Moen.
Cartridge warranty
I called Delta on 8/3/25 for a cartridge warranty issue.
The customer service representative said it was under warranty and would send one out immediately…. well it’s 2/22/26 and still no replacement has arrived. I’ve contacted Delta several times and still nothing.
bathroom fixtures
We bought two bathroom fixtures at Ferguson Home. When the fixtures were delivered our plumber found that 2 of 4 screws that held the faucet handles in place on the vanity were missing. Someone along the manufacturer line had opened the screw packaging and removed them. It took Delta 19 days to deliver the replacement screws. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. This easily could have been sent by US mail in less than a week. It took Delta nine days internally before it was even sent to UPS for delivery. If this is an indication of their service and product support we will be better off to replace the faucets entirely when they break or fail over time. The faucets were $155 each
Horroble company that has no idea how to handle a simple order.
I placed an order online on Jan27.
I checked status NINE days later & it stated order is processing. After 9 days for a simple plumbing part?
I tried getting to Customer service which is almost impossible. Finally I tricked their "phone jail" by pressing O & got to someone. She said the order was shipped. I asked when & who is the shipper & tracking #. NONE of that info was available to her.
I said how could it be shipped when my CC hasn't been charged yet? She had no answer.
I said OK since your company has no clue where my order is, I want to cancel the order.
She said I cannot cancel an order in process. So to summarize, they don't know if the order has been shipped or by whom. They can't cancel an order they have & they can't do ANYTHING RIGHT!
Probably the mist incompetent company I've ever dealt with.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Your order will go into some black hole never to be heard from again...
SAY NO TO DELTA FAUCETS
SAY NO TO DELTA.
I have a client who has a $700+ Delta Touch Faucet that the solenoid stopped working.
Delta said that the "electronic" part was not warrantied but offered to sell a solenoid for 50% off the suggested retail price. Not ideal but acceptable.
I took Delta up on your generous offer of 50% off on the solenoid as per phone conversations and emails with their staff.
I ordered the part on 01/21/2026 and got an Order Acknowledgement #.
Unfortunately, the representative processed the $130.00 payment twice and those two payments appeared as separate pending charges. I waited to see if that would be corrected and scheduled to checked back with my bank. After I checked to see if the charges had been processed, I found that BOTH charges had been pulled back and no charges were applied to the account.
I called today to find out
#1) What is going on with the payment?
#2) Where is my part?
#3) When can I expect to receive the part?
After dealing with a representative who is a borderline customer service representative at best and having him be amused at my issues with this order. He offered no resolution other than to say that someone from the financial department would get back with me in 24-48 hours. He couldn't tell me when the part would be finally processed or could / would be sent. At that point I told him I just wanted to just cancel the order. he said fine and I discontinued the call.
Honestly, the part I need, the same OEM part can be obtained from Amazon and had I ordered it from them, I would have had it in 1 DAY. It would have cost more ($25.00) but since I have spent HOURS trying to get the part from Delta without any luck, I would have saved money and time.
Frustrated, I called back and asked for a supervisor but the "Escalation Specialist" who took the call was completely unconcerned with the parts delay and didn't want to deal with that area of the issue and said that I only could deal with the accounting issues via email because that is how Delta handles the double payment errors. She expressed that the part remained in processing and until the payment issue was resolved I was more or less F'd. I told her then to make sure to cancel the order which she refused and said I HAD TO ACCEPT THE ORDER AND COULD RETURN IT once I received it. I would be responsible for shipping for costs, and I would be responsible for restock charges involved. WTF
She acknowledged that the parts hadn't been processed and acknowledged that payment hadn't been made but canceling the order was not possible. That is either a lack of empowerment on her end or sheer incompetence on her part or both.
I routinely have recommended Delta as well as Moen to my clients because of what I used to consider to be a superior warranty and good customer service. That I can say is no longer or will no longer be the case. (Moen has always taken care of my clients and me.)
I have questions for Delta. How can I go from having an Order Acknowledgement # on the 01/21/2026 to being told on 01/30/26 that I must expect and deal with further delays for an undetermined period of time?
I have delt with repeated incompetent individuals in regard to this order. First is the rep who charged the card twice in the first place. Second is the rep who stumbled through my inquiry (01/30/26) call. (Ah, what is it you need?", "Ah, I'm not sure", "Ah I don't know", "Ah, let me check my reference info", "Ah this is hard", and then after a long hold, "Ah, you're still there?" while chuckling, it was like he expected me to have hung up. (I got the impression that these are work from home representatives because of background noise like children, pets, etc.) The final was the (moronic) Specialist who didn't take an "I" attitude to resolving the problem, who didn't deescalate the situation and ended up creating a customer who will NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER.
My company that I own does facility maintenance from commercial to residential and I have a number of high-end condos, apartment complexes and HOA's who we make recommendations to about everything from lighting to paint suppliers. I have clients who have replaced 50 faucet fixtures at a time in large complexes where quarterly maintenance is applied. Personally, I can install any fixture a client may have purchased but Delta will NOT be one I will request, submit for or recommend in the future.
If you look at the faucet in question, it is a faucet I had recommended, a faucet that is far above the selected price range and choice of the basic homeowner ($700+).
It should never take more than 10 days to get an in-stock part out, much less delivered and a customer shouldn't be required to pursue or inquire about the reason for parts delay if there is an issue on Delta's end.
Ease of Replacement when issues arise
Ease of Replacement when issues arise. It's not easy to slap a Lifetime Warranty on products and stand by it. Delta Faucet has consistently done this for me. For client products, for my personal home products. The warranty is mostly hassle-free. I have had replacement parts for shower faucets that started leaking after 25 years, and recently, a toilet bar broke. When something fails or breaks.. getting it replaced without more undo stress is really refreshing.
Horrible customer service and super sketchy
I placed an order for two faucets for the bathroom vanity, and I've returned them since there was no option to replace them with another one. I returned them on December 17 and never received a refund. I reached out a couple of times via email and by phone; their customer service is horrible, they never responded to emails, and on the phone, they said I have to wait up to 3 months for the refund. Their website says 30 days. Such a scam. I wish I had read reviews here before my purchase, and I would never have placed an order with them. Every time I call, I have to wait at least 35 min to 1 hr to talk to a customer service representative, which doesn't help. They say it's another department that deals with refunds, and apparently, there is no direct way to reach out to them from my side or the customer service side. Do not buy from Delta Faucet.
Brand new faucet quit working after 3 weeks
Bought a brand new Delta sink faucet on December 17, 2025. This faucet was installed on December 20, 2025. On January 11, 2026, the cartridge went bad. After checking at Lowes, Delta customer service informed me that I have to get this particular cartridge from Delta and that it not available anywhere else, AND that it will be at least 2 weeks before they ship out the replacement cartridge that they stock. If it has not come in in 2 weeks, I have to place my order again and that I will have to wait another 2 weeks. I have offered to pay for it to be shipped overnight, but they said they can not do that. They obviously do not care about the customer in this situation. After talking to several of the customer service reps while checking on my cartridge, it is apparent that they have all become numb to customers having issues and trying to resolve them, but do a wonderful job of deflecting the issue to "it is the warehouse, not us". I will never purchase another Delta product again.
Delta faucets customer service sucks
I'm beyond frustrated with your warranty/services department. We purchased a delta shower enclosure a couple years ago. In July the non-door wall exploded in the middle of the night. We contacted Delta Faucet and they gave me a replacement number to purchase another and they would refund me. When I found the replacement it was out of stock. I waited about 2 months and contacted our local hardware chain store. They informed me this product was discontinued. I emailed delta faucet and was asked if I had the base or wall set number. I had already given that information. When I called back I was told they should have originally asked some questions and had me take pictures and that they would call me to do a video of the shower with me. I was frustrated that was not given initially, but I filled out the form and uploaded the pictures. A week went by and I heard nothing. I went back over the form and it said for me to call when the pictures were uploaded. So, I called back went through the whole scenario and was told a supervisor would call me within 24 hours. That was December 10, 2025. A week went by so on December 17, I called again to Delta Faucet. Went through the whole scenario again. The lady put me on hold to talk to a supervisor. After about 15 minutes on hold she came back and said I don't think this is our shower!! I was beyond livid. It is a delta shower; we purchased it, had it installed, used it a couple years and the non-door wall exploded. She told me the original lady I talked to had not expedited my phone call to the supervisor but she would expedite it and I would get a call in 24 hours. Well its been over 48 hours, so I called back again today. I got the same lady I talked to on the 10th that didn't expedite my call so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to an Escalation Specialist. I asked what that meant and she stated she is a step below a supervisor. So I reluctantly went through the scenario again and she said well it's been discontinued. REALLY!! Everyone knows that. She said she could expedite my call for a supervisor to call within 24 hours. I reiterated it had been 192 hours already. The expediting is not working. I want to be reimbursed for the shower. Or, better yet have a new shower installed (although the warranty doesn't cover this) but it was your faulty product that I have to replace and have installed again. Delta is a huge company. My husband was a plumber/pipefitter for years and swore by Delta. Saying you get what you pay for. We are not saying that anymore. Definitely will be letting everyone know to steer clear of Delta, unless this is resolved. Thank you for your attention to the matter. I hope we can get further than we have with "customer care". UPDATE: It has now been 31 days and we have heard nothing from delta. #deltafaucets customer service sucks! Will never buy anything from them again.
I contacted Delta Faucet company 4…
I contacted Delta Faucet company 4 different times from December 15, 2025 to January 19, 2026 to order 2 replacement cartridges and an aerator. Twice they sent the wrong cartridges and the plumber was not able to install them. Spoke to a supervisor who again was not helpful. Will not be purchasing any further products from Delta faucet as they are not at all able to send working replacement parts. What is the point of having a limited lifetime warranty if you can not get the company to send out the parts that actually work?
Amazing customer service and stands by their product
Amazing customer service and stands by their product. I bought a faucet in 2012 and it worked great. In 2020 or so the soap dispenser stopped working so they sent me another one. It didn't really fit the old top (which I liked a bit better) so I just lived with it. 2025 the 13 year old faucet is dripping unless I find the sweet spot. Called Delta and let them know what was going on. They are sending, for free, the valve, a new aerator and a whole new soap dispenser! Now that is standing by your product. I know it was discontinued a while ago and really did not expect this for a 13 year old faucet. Just wanted to buy the parts because I love the faucet. In addition, half way through the call we get disconnected and they had not asked for my phone number yet so I thought I had to start all over. 2 minutes later my phone rang! They had called me back! When was the last time any customer service agent called you back when you got dropped! NEVER! Customer for life!
