Imani Solved my problem

This is a second review. I was charged for extra things that I did not approve of. The company did reach back out to me after my request for a refund and asked for me to give them 4 or 5 stars for being good people and refunding me. I will not be buying from them again and will not give them 4 or 5 stars just because. 3 is what I'll change my review to because they did respond saying they'd refund me.

Signed up recently and didn’t realize the charges involved. Contacted customer Suport and they resolved all the issues. Very pleased with Customer Support

Seems like a scam, I initially clicked a link about cologne. Somehow landed here. But nevertheless they’ve shown exceptional customer support in refunding my money and reassuring the mistake

I consider to cancel my membership through a text.
It was fulfilled immediately in a timely manner.

The cancellation policy has to many steps. Streamlined would help.
