Too much unnecessary plastic
As usual, these companies that sell their products online, use too much packaging, most of it plastic. The bottles are plastic and, although they cannot be easily damaged -if at all-, they come in plastic bubble wrap envelope. Quite annoying, to be honest.
So, although their product is good, I wish they gave a bit more consideration to their packaging. They could even easily adopt circularity by simply taking the plastic bottles back and reuse them after a good wash. How about that? I’ll return some of the one I have around the house. Come on, give it a go!

You are absolutely right to question packaging waste and it is something we actively review. The bubble wrap is currently used to ensure the bottles, particularly prescription treatments, arrive safely without leakage or damage in transit. While the bottles are durable, couriers can be unpredictable and we have found this reduces breakages and the need for reshipments, which also has an environmental cost.
That said, sustainability is important to us and we are continually exploring improved packaging solutions that reduce plastic while still protecting the integrity of the medication inside. Your suggestion around circularity and bottle returns is interesting and something we can raise internally for review.
We really value customers who push brands to do better, so thank you for holding us accountable and for supporting the product itself.

In my opinion doesn’t work and poor customer service
Been on tropical treatment for well over 6 months,have not noticed no difference emailed last month about my concerns,emailed me back did I want to speak to there pharmacist before I look to cancel to which I emailed back yes but no one has gotten in touch,asked about the’moneyback gaurantee’and they stated you must have before and after pictures which I understand I should have read the small print.

In terms of results, three months is still considered early in the hair growth cycle. Hair grows in phases and most follicles take between three and six months to complete a full cycle. In the first few months treatment is often working beneath the surface by stabilising shedding and resetting follicles, with visible thickening typically becoming noticeable closer to the six month mark and beyond. This is why we generally recommend committing to at least six months before assessing true effectiveness.
Regarding the pharmacist call, that should absolutely have been followed up and we apologise if that was missed. If you would still like to speak with the pharmacist, please email us again and we will prioritise arranging this for you.
The money back guarantee does require before and after photos as outlined in the policy, as this allows us to clinically assess progress fairly and consistently.

Fantastic supplement
I will be honest , im really lost for words, im soo happy with the vitamin supplement, i was really shocked to see the diffrence only in 6 days...i normally wash my hair and my hair comes out in strings like no stopping...even when i combing , just like big batches..my hair fall and constant itching has been an issue over past few years,, i had blood tests done and they were all coming back all Ok, iv used soo many products for hair fall and i can rate this supplement 10/10..i spoke to Liam this morning explaining how happy i am and wanted to give feedback..im.shocked for the fast brilliant results, i really thought they might not work, but they proved me wrong😁

According to DPD, delivery was attempted but no one was available at the property, so the parcel was taken to a local collection point for you to pick up. Unfortunately it was not collected within the required timeframe and was returned to us.

At three months, it is still very early in the hair growth cycle. Hair grows in long phases that can take several months to complete, and in the first three months the treatment is typically working under the scalp by slowing shedding and stabilising follicles rather than producing dramatic visible regrowth. Most customers begin to notice clearer changes between months four and six, with fuller improvements continuing up to twelve months.

I use the 4 in 1. However , after every use my hair feels tacky ,gooey and mucky. So have to wash my hair . Which is then washing the product away that is supposed to be helping me.
