Ordered retainers over a month ago for £120, they never arrived, have contacted dental boxed multiple times for refund and they have ignored me.

Oh dear, I wish I had read the reviews:(
I am waiting for an acknowledgment of my order and have paid for the retainer mould- which also hasn’t arrived. I have emailed with no reply, but money taken from the bank obviously.
? SCAM . So frustrating you don’t know which online companies to trust any more .

Unfortunately this is a sophisticated scam. I placed my order 4 weeks ago and am yet to receive my retainers, despite emailing multiple times. The most frustrating part is that my teeth have started to move, following a £3k Invisalign plan so the actual cost lost is far greater than the £120. Awful company, avoid!

I have reported them to my credit card issuer and to Action Fraud.

I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for my retainer despite them claiming it would take 5 days. I have emailed 3 times and received no response. No other contact information. Is this a scam? My next step is to contact my credit card issuer to report this… please contact me. I need my retainer urgently.

The communication has been shocking, I placed my initial order on 29th May and did not receive my impression kit within the 5 days - my retainer had broken so I was worried about it taking too long. Then I spoke to Eric who did ship another kit immediately but was very rude about the process. I sent my impression and now it has been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my retainer. I have tried various communication (email and the website contact form) and dentalboxed have not responded AT all. I have no update on my retainer, I can’t even tell if I have been scammed. There is no means of calling or talking to anyone so my final resort is to follow up with my bank.

I was happily surprised at how fast this service is and the retainers are just are just like you'd expect; really good quality.

Really great service, I received my retainers quickly and they fit perfectly. Good build quality.

I was hesitant to order online but I wasn't willing to pay the price my othodontist quoted me. The retainers are just as good, if not better, that those I've had in the past. I would recommend dentalboxed.
