I do not recommend Dentasay under any circumstances.
Lack of experience, rushed work, and serious medical issues afterward.

About two weeks after the final procedure, I started experiencing severe pain. Exactly two months later, all the teeth where the nerves were removed developed infections, which clearly indicates that the root canal treatments were not done properly (canals not fully sealed).

Additionally, the level of hygiene was unacceptable: the staff scratched their head after removing their hand from the patient’s mouth and used their phone during procedures.

An extremely unpleasant experience with serious consequences for my health. Avoid.

Lipsă de experiență, lucrări făcute în grabă și probleme medicale serioase ulterior.

La aproximativ două săptămâni după finalizarea lucrărilor au apărut dureri cumplite. Exact la două luni, toți dinții la care s-a scos nervul au făcut infecție, ceea ce indică clar că tratamentele de canal nu au fost realizate corect (canale neînchise complet).

În plus, nivelul de igienă a fost inacceptabil: personalul se scărpina în cap cu mâna scoasă din gura pacientului și folosea telefonul în timpul procedurilor.

O experiență extrem de neplăcută, cu consecințe serioase asupra sănătății. Evitați.

I went I'm juin 2023 for a total transplant, I was given a budget that I agreed and so decided to do my treatment with dentasay clinic, at the beginning all seems to be well but as soon I seat at the. Chair I was told I had sionite and it would be 3.000€ more expensive than my original budget. I was sceptical because my doctor back home never told me that, but I agreed and started my treatment. All the 4 hours procedure was under local anesthesia and was very very painful. As soon I finished completely numb not able to speak and a lot of pain was asked to go make full payment for the treatment without any regards towards patients situation after a 4 hours ordeal. On my second visit to receive my implants I stayed 5 days and only at 10pm of last day and after my complaint they give my implants. After 6 months back home the lower jaw of implant broken and had to treat back home, all in all a total disaster form dentasay

Totul a decurs perfect, de la prima zi până la final, iar profesionalismul vostru m-a făcut să mă simt în siguranță și încrezătoare la fiecare pas. Un mulțumesc special merge către Beatrice, care a fost mereu lângă mine, m-a ajutat cu traducerea și mi-a oferit sprijin și liniște atunci când aveam nevoie. De asemenea, îi mulțumesc din inimă lui Selin, tehnicianca mea, care a avut grijă de mine în fiecare moment și s-a ocupat de tot cu multă răbdare și atenție. M-am simțit pe mâini foarte bune. Auf der Suche nach einer Zahnklinik bin ich auf die Klinik Dentasay in Istanbul gestoßen. Die Liebe Nuray Bascilar hat meine Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Von der ersten Anfrage bis zum letzten Check war sie immer für mich erreichbar( ganz lieben Dank dafür) Man ist auch in erster Linie Mensch und keine Nummer. Mir wurde alles genauestens erklärt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, da auch vom ersten Abholen am Flughafen, über den Transfer zur Klinik und zurückfahren alles perfekt organisiert. Alles ist sehr sauber, sehr modern und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr sehr freundlich. Würde es jedem zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann Dentasy nur empfehlen sehr zuverlässig und kompetent
