I had a great experience at this dentist. The clinic was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were perfect — very welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. I’m very happy with the treatment I received and the results. I honestly cannot fault anything about my experience and would highly recommend them.

Über WhatsApp wurden mir vor der Anreise in die Türkei klar die Kosten für meine Behandlung erklärt. Als ich Wochen später dann dort ankam, desweiteren dann den nir erläuterten Betrag übergeben habe, man mir die Befindlichkeiten dazu hat, kam ein sogenannter Irrtum dazu, ich hätte die wirklichen Kosten nicht verstanden und es dürfen nun noch 600 € mehr sein, ansonsten würde die Behandlung anders ausfallen und hierzu käme dann, daß die Zeit im Hotel anders berechnet wird, meine Abreise auf einen anderen Tag fallen würde und ich dann kein Hotelzimmer mehr hätte und ich nun eben 600€ mehr zu entrichten habe.Tatsächlich habe ich mich schon da nicht gut behandelt gefühlt und auch hier erkannt, wie verschlagen man versucht, hier jemanden hinter's Licht zu führen. Bei der Behandlung ist mir dann die Ärztin aufgefallen, da so dermaßen gezittert hat, daß ich mich fragte, ob sie vielleicht irgendwie krank sein und ich schloss daraus, daß sie möglicherweise dieses Parkinson hat, denn wer derartig mit den Händen zittert,hat gewiss eine Unpässluchkeit. Dann versprach man mir einen gewissen Tragekomfort. Doch bis heute kam ich weder normal mit der Nahrung interagieren, noch die Zähne ordentlich putzen, womit ich sagen möchte, daß alles viel, viel zu groß geraten ist. Nicht die Zähne augenscheinlich, aber die Wände, welche sich von den Zähnen in der Struktur völlig unterscheiden, in etwa so, als sei es nicht fertig geworden. Es hieß, ich würde mich daran gewöhnen, was natürlich nicht der Fall ist. Nun, etwa 1 Jahr später ist bereits eine Schraube herausgefallen, da sich die Verblendung ganz einfach verabschiedet hat. Daraufhin ging ich zu einem Zahnarzt hier in Deutschland, der gab an:" natürlich kann ich die Schraube ersetzen ". IEun nachfolgend per Email zugesandter Kostenplan sah 400€ vor, letztlich für eine Schraube, welche im Handel etwa 10€ kostet und die Behandlung, welche ein paar Minuten in Anspruch nehmen würde. Auch wollte ich die unfertigen Partien hier in Deutschland bei einer Klinik nacharbeiten und komplett abschleifen und anpassen lassen, aber man sagte mir, daß man Arbeiten von fremden Kliniken nicht nachbehandeln würde, ich solle mich an die Klinik wenden, welche hier zuvor alles angefertigt hatte. Nun bin ich wahrlich nicht gewillt, noch einmal dorthin zu reisen und für was bitte auch? Ich habe mich schon dort während meines Aufenthalts dahingehend geäußert und gebeten, das fertig zu bearbeiten, aber man hat vehement abgelehnt. Ich bin nie, der wegen Kleinigkeiten an die Decke geht, aber ich versichere hier, daß man bezüglich der anfänglichen Erläuterungen zu den Kosten gewiss nicht (!) ganz offen und transparent war und daß diese Ärztin mit Sicherheit nicht im Vollbesitz ihrer Kräfte war und zudem Zähne aussehen müßten, wie fertig erstellte Zähne und nicht unfertig. Diese sehen innen über die ganze Breite aus, wie ein nach innen gewölbter Fahrradschlauch und nicht wie einzelne, normale Zähne. So gesehen bereue ich natürlich aufrichtig und letztendlich hätte ich das besser nicht gemacht. Nun kann ich für sehr viel Geld eine neue all-on-4 anfertigen lassen, diesmal ordentlich. Aktuell lockert sich gerade alles und fängt an, sich zu verabschieden, was heißen soll, ich muß nun die Summe eines gewissen Geldes aufwenden, um hier entgegen zu wirken, natürlich bei sehr viel finanziellem Aufwand. Das ist explizit, was ich zuvor nicht wahrhaben wollte, daß man so etwas eben besser nicht tausende Kilometer weit weg machen läßt. Ich nehme an,daß zudem eine all-on-4, bzw. on-6 auch in Deutschland immer günstiger und somit erschwinglich wird

From start to finish it was a brilliant experience, I had implants and crowns ,staff could not do enough for you .and looked after us brilliantly.

I would be telling lies if I said it didn't hurt but I was made very comfortable and the after care was great. I was informed of the process all the way through and am delighted with the end results.

Crowns and implants were handled incompetently, causing pain, discomfort, and delays.

Appointments were mismanaged and repeatedly postponed.

Staff were dismissive and unprofessional when concerns were raised.

Follow-up and aftercare were inadequate; no proper guidance or support was provided.

Management failed to address repeated complaints, showing complete lack of accountability.

Overall, the clinic demonstrated disregard for patient wellbeing.

This was supposed to be a professional dental service, but it was anything but. If you are considering crowns or implants, avoid this clinic — the experience was stressful, painful, and entirely mishandled.

Summary:

Extremely poor quality of dental work (crowns and implants)

Unprofessional staff and dismissive communication

Mismanagement of appointments and follow-up care

Complete failure to resolve issues

Brits and anyone seeking dental care should be fully aware before considering Dent Lara City.

All staff was amazzing treated me with respect and care from begining to my finals were great i cannot reconment dent lara city enough if i could mark then out of 100 i would give them 110 thank you all at the clinic from a very please and happy customer .

DentLaracity is an exceptional clinic. It runs like clockwork, from airport pick ups, taxis to and from the clinic and the very nice hotel, all thanks to Ceren who is so kind and welcoming. The treatment, whilst a bit uncomfortable was very thorough and I am so happy with my final result. Thank you all so much!
