Excellent service and super quality thank you highly recommended ❤️

Good communication with Depot Luxury, a reliable company with lovely items at a fair price.

So disappointed,
1. Contact: Pre buy - quick reply, post buy - no reply.
2. Item description: Website - Condition: Excellent, JLC Box, Booklets, Warranty, Authenticity Card & Pin Tool
IRL: Condition: Very good, JLC Box - fair (tears and stale stench, Booklets YES, Warranty YES, Authenticity Card - none whatsoever & Pin Tool - missing (eventually acquired after 4 hours of waiting on the street, though I didn't get invited to wait inside).
3. Delivery: The Pizza Guy (didn't look like a Luxury Depot repesentative) was 40 minutes late and had no knowledge about the merchandise. The package delivered was incomplete: missing Authenticity Card & Pin Tool. The pin got finally delivered after over 4 hours, and I still didn't get the Authenticity Card.
4. Overall: waiting for Authenticity Card (since there's no answear to my emails, I guess there isn't any) Highly NOT recommended.
5. Advice: If you decide to buy from the store have a backup of every picture and description as they disappear from the site and your account after payment!
6. The very bad experience, without Authenticity Card I could've bought that watch at least 25% cheaper and with a £12100 merchandise one could expect much. much more.

I am thoroughly pleased with the excellent service provided by Depot Luxury. My Gold Rolex watch not only met but exceeded my expectations. The small business atmosphere, coupled with fair pricing and a 12-month warranty, made the entire experience truly satisfying. I highly recommend Depot Luxury for their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their products. Thanks again for a fantastic transaction!

Absolutely delighted with my watch , accurately described and keenly priced, happy to wholeheartedly recommend DepotLuxury

Very good buying experience I would differently buy again

They cancelled order without telling me, only realised when money returned

The photos were nice, but when the product arrived, it was much smaller than the photos. It was very hard communication.

Highly responsive, friendly, professional service. Even guided me into not spending more than was necessary by advising me with a genuine opinion. My item arrived promptly. Just received today, but works well so far. I would definitely deal with this retailer again.

The ring I ordered was a bit damaged (stone had a little chip and didn't fit into the bezel setting quite correct) But the service of the shop was great, I could send it back and got a full refund without any problems.

A wonderful high quality product and the communication and after sales service was excellent.

Superb service. Monitored delivery extremely well. Delighted with quality of product. Would not hesitate to order again.

So quick in sending the gorgeous ring. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Don’t think the earrings were very good value at £1250.00 if I had seen them before I bought wouldn’t have.

Very impressed with my purchase, a nice business to deal with.

I was completely delighted with my purchase of a pendant. It was exactly as described and was exactly what I had been looking for. It was well packaged and delivered. Thank you.

easy, quick and effective
