I used this company to help me put together a TM application. After three years, the USPTO had still not assigned my application to an attorney. I received a bill from TM Solutions for over $ 1,000 to have my application reviewed by an attorney, so I called the USPTO and asked about the status and if I needed to pay. The answer was no. I let them know I was being scammed, and they administratively suspended my application. DeputyTM solutions is a likely group of foreign operators, using fake US names, and trying to get you to pay more money than you have to. The USPTO will not process your application if you use them. If you file a complaint with USPTO, they will stop your application, and you will be forced to abandon it and start over. Hire a US attorney and do this the right way. These guys are scammers.

They said there were petitions against my trademark and charged me $4000 and come to realize there was never any petitions!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I hired this company 2 years ago and the Trade mark USPTO flagged my 4 application as possible scam because of this company being under investigation. Now these crooks wont even answer the phone. I would run from these scammers or you'll end up like me, out thousands of dollars with no recourse!

Our experience with these guys is not great phone calls are not going through. They neglected a letter from CIPO az well and put an email address on application that's not mine. Bad service

I hired Deputy TM Solutions, based at 3494 Camino Tassajara #1068, Danville, CA 94506, (a postal annex), to handle my patent application as a Canadian inventor. Unfortunately, Noah M. Davis provided me with fake documents from both the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and false updates from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the UK while keeping the money I paid for services that were never rendered.

After further research, I realized that his documents were fraudulent and had no official registration or legal standing. When I confronted him, he became evasive and refused to provide a refund or any legitimate proof of work.

❌ Fake Patent Documents – Misrepresented official government paperwork.
❌ Stole My Money – Took payments but never completed the service.
❌ Lack of Communication – Ignored concerns and refused to issue a refund.
❌ Potential Ongoing Scam – May be defrauding other inventors.

If you are considering hiring a patent agent, DO NOT trust this individual! Always verify the credentials of any patent professional through USPTO’s Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED) and CIPO’s official website before sending money.

I have reported this case to the USPTO, CIPO, and U.S. fraud authorities. If you have experienced something similar, I encourage you to do the same to prevent further scams.
