I really enjoyed week 1. Alan our coach was fantastic. His instructions were very easy to follow and he brought a lot of fun to the class. Can't wait for the next class.

The goods arrived in a timely fashion. I bought the size smaller than I normally wear as advised until the description of the garment. I would highly recommend this product
