Great selection of good quality art prints, reliable and damage free delivery, frames quality is good for smaller formats but could be better for larger 70x100 formats

Great products, only down side was delivery, which have taken 2.5 weeks but I think it was down to FedEx

So easy to order, having frames etc available also is great, and I had to return items they made it so easy, fantastic service!

I tried many times for payment to go through.. Very frustrating as I didn't know if I had paid the first time. I have bought from Desino many times and never had this experience.

Very easy to use once I discovered the country setting at the bottom not the top, and the delivery details after billing address instead of before.

Some items are hard to find in search bar.

Very creative art to a fair price. And fast delivery. Also I liked the pre filled checkout process, which as fast since I already ordered.

I was happy with my picture and frame. There was a sticker on the hard plastic asking me to remove it - I didn't manage to see what was required until I showed it to a friend.
I realised then that I needed to remove the clear plastic protective cover! A good purchase!

First time ordering from the site, I signed up to newsletter and got a discount welcome code when I entered it, it increased the amount.

I really wanted those paintings so ordered anyway, but it’s just annoying and misleading.

Not User Friendly
Didn't like how I couldn't create a profile/account, so couldn't save my 'Favourites', then, hard to see at a glance what was in my Checkout...

Problem with the picture sizes I dont see much offer on standard 40x50 size on the website. No possibility to print borderless pictures you only get what they offer.

Easy to complete purchase and simple site to navigate.

Good quality and selection and fast delivery.
